Saraphee Thai Catering offers short classes teaching you how to cook authentic Thai cuisine. Join a small group to learn how to make some of the most popular dishes and eat what you make enjoying your spicy dishes with a complementary glass of wine or a soft drink. If you'd like to bring a group with you just let us know and we can reserve the day for you for as many friends as you want.

Visited yesterday for the second time after receiving a groupon for my birthday. The first time I did the dinner party menu, the second a selection of noodle dishes. The recipes were simple but delicious, the class was very well run and the family who host it are lovely. Would definitely recommend

The classes consist of approximately 12 people where the tutor asisted by members of her family help you create mouth watering Thai dishes. These can be eaten at the time or taken home to enjoy later.
Please leave a lttle time to get there as the venue is down a small single track road.

Great afternoon watching,learning and then trying the recipes yourself. very friendly family ran business all of whom join in and help you with the small amount of preparation and then the cooking of your own ingredients which you can eat there and then or take home for the family to try, I promise you you will try this once you smell the food even if you want to take it home, absolutely beautiful Thai food. You can buy the ingredients from the family or they will tell you were to get locally, larger amounts authentic ingredients much cheaper than at the supermarkets

booked my first class for the 28/11/15 had a great time and learned how to cook good healthy quick meals and they tasted delicious well organised and very relaxed atmosphere will certainly be booking more classes nice clean and relaxed enviroment and sirinan and her family make it fun she is a thai girl with a geordie sense of humour

Been for my third course today and am always amazed at the food we produce in such quick time. Sirinan brings the classes alive with great tips and tricks to produce great food which tasted beautiful. The classes are a great laugh and they even supply glasses of wine to keep the course flowing nicely.

I have really enjoyed both times I have been to Saraphee cooking classes. I have done both the Thai curry and fish dish classes and thoroughly enjoyed both. Sirinan is really bubbly and enthusiastic so along with learning how to cook amazing Thai food you also have a good laugh with her and the family.
Looking forward to going back again.
