Me and my friend have done the ring course today and had a fab time. I didn't expect it, but was thrilled with the result. The teacher was really nice (sorry forgot her name). We were lucky only 6 of us and finished within 90 minutes, I suspect longer if more people as the teacher goes around to quality check and help people. Very cold, but that is explained and they have heaters on. Wrap up warm and you will be fine. Lovely gift shop opposite with some pretty things. Only suggestion would be please do something like provide a certificate for the day and a ring box and gift bag would be nice, obviously for an additional cost. I really would have loved a ring box. We want to make a bangle next.

I received a ring workshop gift voucher for Christmas and what a fantastic gift! The workshop was 2 hours and such fun!! We all really enjoyed the relaxed and fun atmosphere with lots of silver, files, hammers, and giggles! Such a great thing to do together and the final product is brilliant! Such a good quality product and the teachers are just excellent! The venue is lovely, wrap up, as advised!

My sister had bought me the ring making experience as one of my Christmas gifts and me and my husband attended this morn. We really enjoyed it. Class was just the right size and our instructor made everyone feel at ease. She was there to give us advice and any help we required. Definitely try one of the workshop experiences again.

What a lovely way to spend a couple of hours on a Wednesday morning! Me and a friend arrived a little early, but this gave us plenty of time to browse the gorgeous gift shop - a fantastic place to pick up unusual gifts and beautiful jewellery, worth a look even if you’re not doing a workshop. We were then taken to the jewellery workshop where Sidney (hope I spelt that right) had everything set up for our ring making class. We were a nice sized group of 8 and she was very attentive,helpful ,knowledgeable as well as patient. 2 hours flew by and by the end we all produced beautiful silver rings to take away. Who knew it so much goes into making a ring ??! Fascinating! We’ll definitely be back to tackle a bangle next time.

Went to a ring making workshop with my friend as a birthday gift and had a great morning The lady that took the workshop (I’m so sorry I don’t know her name ) was brilliant and explained each step really well . After a couple of hours we came away with two lovely rings ! They have a gift shop and a ring making workshop opposite (make sure you pre book!) The gift shop is filled with handmade and Geordie gifts which is quite sweet. We booked into a ring making workshop & for the price you pay, it’s an extraordinary experience. We were led by Sid, who was an excellent teacher & a great help when you needed it, making sure that we were on the right track at all times. We left the workshop with knowledge about ring making, an enjoyable experience and a lovely shiny ring on our finger. Would absolutely do this again & recommend to anyone. Thanks again to Sid & to the staff in the shop who were so lovely. 😊

Brought the ring making experience for my partners birthday. She is over the moon one with the experience and two with the ring itself. I couldn't recommend the experience more and on offer for £45 for two people atm I cannot fault at all. We spent two hours in a workshop unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the lady who ran the workshop but she was amazing very helpful, chatty and confidently run the whole workshop. Thank you so much for making my partners day and good luck with your wedding to the lady who ran our workshop.

My husband and I went today for a ring making session with Helen. It was brilliant. Helen gave easy steps to follow and it was great fun. It was a full class. There is a shop opposite which has some lovely gifts also.
