Best massage place I’ve been to!! Every time I go I leave very happy with my experience, the traditional Thai massage is my favourite. I’ve been to other places but none are as good as Ruen Thai. The staff are always very welcoming and the rooms are very relaxing with the aromatherapy

We had just come back from our trip to Thailand and had enjoyed the massages there, therefore decided to take a Thai massage here and we have to be honest, this was 10 times better because you could see the care and attention the masseuse took in looking where the pain was, and to focus on that area to ensure you have the best result possible.
We had a very warm welcome and booked in advance because we wanted 3 people in the same room, and they had easily accommodated us, and had the beds ready when we attended. We paid in cash and in advance before the massage, this was not a problem because the massage was amazing.
The music inside the rooms was very calming and relaxing, the staff professional and clearly understood what they were doing, the place is clean and tidy with staff who take pride in what they do.

I have been going to Ruen Thai for over a year now. Everyone who works there are very welcoming and professional. I have had a range of massages including 3 in 1, full body and shoulder & head massage, all have been great! It is very clean inside and they also offer a complimentary bottle of water to keep hydrated. I couldn’t recommend enough!

5 star experience as usual. Come here multiple times a month with my boyfriend and we absolutely love it. We have tried other places when this place has been fully booked and we always say it’s never as good as ruen. Staff are brilliant make you feel so comfortable and very reasonably priced. Will carry on coming here in future. Thanks guys 😀

We had the couples massage here whilst on a weekend break. It was FABULOUS! We were made to feel welcome and it was easily the best massage I’ve ever had.
Payment is cash only and upfront but we knew in advance so weren’t surprised.
Such great value for money. If visiting Newcastle again we’d be there like a shot!

If anyone is thinking of getting a massage this is the place to go . The staff are very polite the place is very clean then music is relaxing .I had neck and back pain and alot of pain behind my knee . I had the 3 in 1 massage which is Thai Swedish and hot stones and the lady that did this was called wimon and she was just so polite and totally fixed on her job and making sure I wasn't in any uncomfortable pain as she did the massage. I walked out being able to turn my neck more than I have for months and my pain behind me knee had gone .so wimon gets a 10/10 from me . I will definitely be going again thank you to wimon and the staff at ruen for the friendly service .

Wonderful experience. The massage therapist was so knowledgeable and talented. I felt at ease the minute I entered the spa. I have a chronic Illness and have wide spread body pain, the massage therapist was able to give me some great relief from my pain.

I’ve had lots of massage and physiotherapy treatment over the years but this is head and shoulders above the rest. I had a one hour Three-In-One combo of Thai, Swedish, and hot stone. The therapist made me feel extremely safe and relaxed and the room was beautifully clean and perfectly warm. I had been suffering from a lot of anxiety and stress and following the treatment I have slept perfectly for over a week each night. Recommend 100% can’t wait to return for my next treatment.

I opted for a back, neck and shoulder massage, and was not at all disappointed. The massage itself was incredible and I was very impressed with the safety measures they had put in with regards to covid-19. The masseus wore both a mask and a visor, I was given a mask and sanitiser upon entering, and when I left I did so through the back door so that I wouldn't be walking into anyone coming in.

Absolutely amazing massage, great value for money and warm, welcoming staff, I forgot to ask the name of the girl but she did an amazing job on my very painful shoulder and arm. Highly recommended and I’ll be back soon. Thank you.
