might have got a bit carried away in here, but ended up very merry having had a huge amount of champagne. great club with a cool downstairs area.

What a little gem Hood Street Club is, I came across it whilst out one night whilst dropping off a friend and decided to take a look. I thought (mistakenly that it was a members only club, but was pleasantly surprised to find it isn't. It is in fact a cleverly thought out stylish place anybody can pop into for a drink or have a party / function. From the moment you get to the door to when you leave you're treated as a VIP, the staff are courteous and attentive with nothing being too much trouble. It's a very female friendly place and there were lots of groups of ladies enjoying a hassle free drink or two. This is going to be my must go place whenever I am in Newcastle.
