Great choice of beers, bit surprised to be told at 1230 on Saturday afternoon that food would take 30-35 minutes when the place wasn’t that busy. Having said that, I can forgive an establishment that’s booked ‘Wreckless Eric’ to play almost anything.

This place is exactly what small venues are all about. Tight and intimate with a capacity of around 200 and great sound. There is a small bar in the concert room and a large bar outside where food is also available. Great place.

Went for a gig here on a Saturday night with drinks before and after. Bar staff were really great, in fact all staff you spoke to were, good DJ playing, great selection of drinks and good prices.

I’ve watched and photographed bands numerous times at the Cluny in both rooms- lately in a wheelchair aswell and found the staff very helpful. Cluny 2 is accessible for wheelchair users, not sure re Cluny 1 yet. Nice selection if real ales.

Great place to watch a band. The room is really atmospheric, in the style of a cellar bar, small enough to be reasonably intimate but big enough for a decent crowd. There is a bar with food and drink, including a good range of beers....More
