Life Science Centre was fabulous, and I didnt even have the time to finish it all. There is a small lab where you can conduct experiments like a proper scientist (5 ⭐️ for that and the person in charge, she was very nice and informative); and in the same floor a lot of interesting fun and curious facts and information.... I was so excited to visit and so was saving the best until last before I headed back to the airport. We both have a keen interest in science and so left the entire afternoon free for our visit to this museum. We paid £14 each and at the end of the 2 1/2 hour visit felt it was pricey... More

Spent an enjoyable day at LIFE without children. Really enjoyed Animal inside out exhibit. Very informative. Elephants are impressive. Had loads of fun in the experiment zone and had the opportunity to wear a white lab coat and safety glasses. If school had been this interesting I might have become a scientist. The lady who ran the exhibit was brilliant.... More

Wow! Only had a few hours to spend here before we had to catch the train but thoroughly enjoyed it ... I brought my teenage daughter (unsure at first as to whether she may have been bored) but she loved it .. plenty to do, all the interactive activities were all working and we had a good play since the... We love the life center, we have a yearly pass so always pop in when in town. Daughter went ice skating and my son played with the magnets and other attractions inside. Great for young and old people and the staff are lovely and helpful. Always have something different and interesting to do.

The life science centre was a good place for a visit in Newcastle. The animals inside out exhibition and the planetarium were the highlights. Little expensive, but if you visit the other two museums in town it evens out the price. The iceskating looked like a lot of fun too.

Really enjoyed the Animals Inside Out exhibit Quite enjoyed the 4D cinema although the Ice Age movie I saw isn't maybe the best one to see. Came in in the end of the day and unfortunately couldn't go to all the performances/shows. Definitely need more than an hour to explore everithing.

Took my 9 year old nephew - spent a good couple of hours in the Inside Out exhibition. Fascinating exhibition and he loved it. Had lunch in the cafe then another couple of hours in the science exhibits. Ended up buying the Annual Pass as will be back when the Lego and Dinosaur exhibitions arrive next year. Great day out.

I went to the Life Science Centre to see the Inside-Out exhibition. It was very interesting and well made. I would recommend to go there as long as the exhibition is still on.
