This place was bouncing on the Friday night we were in. Lots of hens and stags and folks out for lots of fun! Music is a history of massive songs- don't be expecting most recent charts, rather Wannabe & Cotton Eye Joe!! Toilets are a bit of a trek but at least were not too busy. I'd say you'd be... More

Cheap drinks prices, free entry, amazing music & full of hilarious middle aged humans. BEST BAR IN NEWCASTLE spent the best collective 56 hours of my life in this place

My only criticism would be the lack of disco balls. Drinks contained alcohol and the floor was made of a solid material. The roof did not collapse during my visit.

Went in March for a friends birthday and had a really good night. The music is fantastic. Only thing I don't like is the steep stairs down to the loo in heels 😂

Ridiculous drinks prices, high entry fee, terrible music, disgustingly drunk and aggressive clientele, unclean, and full of chavs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Spent the worst 8 minutes of my life in this place.

Came here for a night out and wow, pleasantly suprised, ive read a lot of mixed reviews but though as we were here for only one weekend we would pay the £5 entry fee. It was worth every penny, yes its dated but that adds to the bar itself. The staff are all friendly, the doormen are all friendly, which... More

£5 entry to be crammed into an overcrowded pub. Bar area isn't big enough, takes ages to get served, we left after about 30 minutes
