Went here for the weekend there are loads of pubs/restaurants we ate at the world buffet restaurant great for everyone. There are giant games upstairs to keep the the family occupied or the kids will the adults are in the casino if your feeling lucky....More

There are lots of options for restaurants, including a cheeky Nandos. The cinema is very nice and modern. I would recommend Za Za Bazaar as it is very quirky but well priced (especially during happy hour and if you have a student card).
The Gate has plenty of restaurants and bars to go to such as Pizza Hut, Nando’s, Wetherspoons and Beyond.
I would associate the Gate with Newcastle’s night life, the gate is always very busy during the evenings and nights.
