We visited The Holly and Laurel Emporium last weekend and it did not disappoint!

Its located on an A road (dual carriageway) and there's plenty of parking outside. We were greeted upon arrival by the lady at the desk who kindly explained where the different rooms are and even asked us how far we had travelled today.

The shop sells a mixture of shabby chic, refurbished, new and second hand goods including furniture, Christmas accessories, home décor and garden items. The shop is lovely (worth following them on social media too) and there is a lot of items to browse.

Suffice to say, £100 later, we left with some goodies for the garden. Its tempting to spend more money there, just be warned!

You can probably spend about an hour here and its a great place to explore.

A really great experience - looking forward to our next visit.

Really loved this quirky tea room with its sale rooms full of antiques , furniture, vintage clothing, retro and reproduction gifts. Spent a very pleasant hour or so eating and rummaging through their stock. Very helpful & friendly staff

Pity they don’t advertise that the tea shop isn’t open on Mondays and Tuesdays. We arrived for tea only to find it closed.

Stopped by on a rainy day, and so glad we did! Super cute tea room with lots of yummy things and had a fantastic time exploring the shop. Lots of interesting, unique items. I found the price fair and eas good to see such a large variety of items. There was some lovely stained glass that would be perfect for a gift. Staff were friendly and helpful. Totally disagree with comment about the lady owner below, she was lovely! Will be going back!

A real local gem that always seem to stock the most curious and beautiful items. 5th star is for the warm and helpful buying experience from the team that run it. Perfect for gifts and home - and I highly recommend the afternoon tea, a real treat and absolutely delicious.

I visited Holly & Laurel, it’s full of curiosities, furniture and ornaments, as well as hosting a well stocked tea room with fresh food and baked goods.
Spent a good hour looking round and left with a couple of things I didn’t know I wanted!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are also able to order some of the ornaments if they don’t have what you need when you pop in.
