Aug 2021 • Family
Its great to let the kids rub about and let off some steam but smells like pee when I walked in and the prices have went up since the last time we come, they have also changed the socks so there is no grip on the heals so my daughter was slipping and couldn't have as much fun as she wanted to do flips but didn't feel safe landing because of the socks and don't get me started on the Food it terrible just wanted something simple cheese and onion toastie and was just toast under the grill with rock hard bread on the top I mean come on buy a toasty machine at least

Avoid this place!!!!
Dec 2020 • Family
The worst place, it should not be open. We Were told we couldn’t go in with the children because of corona but the staff would supervise and the children would be safe. We were allowed to wait upstairs whilst they bounced. The member of staff allocated came after 25 minutes asking if my toddler was with me and that they had lost her, after a frantic couple of minutes she was found at the entry doors ALONE.
Obviously I was extremely upset, the manager was not only not bothered but extremely uninterested and rude regarding the whole matter and basically implied I was lying...unbelievable!
Im absolutely disgusted at their attitude, their lack of safety and NO MASKS WORN BY ANY STAFF. This place should be shut down. I will never ever again step foot in this dump.

Lots of fun
Aug 2020
Took my son and nieces here for the first time. We had so much fun. Lots of different trampolines, inflatables and things to jump off. Even dodge ball. I certainly recommend.

No complaints, not as bad as others make it out to be
Aug 2020
I came hear with my 5 year old. Very big, clean, hand sanitizers throughout, lockers available, toilets are clean, small arcade area at the front, cafe upstairs, staff are friendly and helpful, equipment are cleaned regularly, a member of staff available at each section of the park.
To those complaining about safety: this is a trampoline park not a soft play centre. You're made to sign a waiver, wear anti slip socks and go through a safety briefing for a reason, and as such I stuck to my child throughout our session. You DO NOT abandon your child in a massive trampoline park whilst you go upstairs for a coffee and a chat, with the rare glance over now and again, and then complain when your child has an accident and call for the place to shut down.
The cafe is OK, food was a bit overcooked dry and brittle, but I wasn't expecting Michelin star, and it was 50% off as part of the Eat out to Help Out scheme, so all's well.

Avoid at all costs
Feb 2020 • Family
Visted here with my 4 grandchildren, arrived 30 minutes early as advised, stood around waiting to go into watch the safety video noticed that there was no staff watching what was going on, children running all over the place, no security measures in place anyone could walk in or small children could just walk out. We where booked fo 12.00, children did not get on to the trampolines intil 12.20! They then called for the to come off at 13.00, when i complained I was very abruptly told that they went on at 12.09 and called off at 13.09, which was a lie as it was only 13.05 when I started my complaint. Staff are rude, unprofessional and no one is in charge of the place. I would advise people not take your children here, there is no health and safety in place and staff are very rude.

Don’t book parties here
Jan 2020 • Family
I booked my 8 year olds party here for today (26/01/20). The party started at 11:30am and we were advised to attend 30 mins earlier so everyone turned up, I checked in at the front desk to let them know we were there and the girl on the front desk asked me to wait at the end of the desk to be seen. Waited at the end of desk 10/15 minutes later still not seen by anyone. No one had a clue what was going on, asked the lady if we were going to be seen to again but got told we need to wait. 11:30 comes and still not seen by anyone at this point I then told all the children to go into the briefing area myself. My partner then asked to speak to the manager to which we were waiting another 10/15 mins and no manager came to see us. The girl we originally spoke to said she will sort us out even though ‘it wasn’t her job’ too. We got given loads of socks to hand out instead of asking each child individually what size they were. The girl then started asking for food orders of the children while all the children were watching the videos in the briefing room, I then I had to give a list of all the names and go over the food orders again as it was done completely wrong. After this the children were then told again to watch the brief video which I point blank refused as they had just watched it. We weren’t given enough bands for the children - all of this just took far too long. Jump360 in Stockton is poorly run, staff have no idea what’s going on, children were being violent to one another and staff didn’t seem bothered to sort it. The girl who helped us was very nice however she had no idea what she was doing so it stressed me out not knowing what was going on. To say I paid a lot of money for the party I wish I never bothered. Don’t fancy returning any time soon, shocking visit and very stressful! Far too unorganised!! Not even offered any compensation - slight refund, free visit anything but nope nothing. I’ve been here a lot of times and had other parties here but I won’t bother wasting my money in future. Should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Couldn't care less. Avoid at all costs!!
Oct 2019 • Family
We took my twins there as a family treat last October. When we got there the kids seemed to be enjoying it until my little boy went down screaming. He was just jumping as usual and then went down like a sack of potatoes. I immediately knew something was wrong as I've never heard him scream like this and he couildnt put any weight on his leg. Not one member of staff offered any help or assistance so we left to take him to North Tees hospital. On the way out I asked if they needed any information for their accident records and they just said no but if you leave your number we will ring to see how he is.
When they x rayed my sons leg it was broken just below the knee and when they asked where this happened they told us they get so many of these injury from this place. There's a petition trying to get this place closed down also as its dangerous and these broken legs are happening way too often.
Oh and we never got a call back from them.
All I say is take your child there at your own risk as they really couldn't care less if anything happens and I wouldn't want anyone's child to go through what my son went through.

Could be so much better
Dec 2019 • Family
After visiting the Newcastle site I said I would never go back as the Newcastle one was awful to find, awful to find parking and generally quite poor inside. However my son was invited to a birthday party. The lay out of the equipment is much better than Newcastle however the viewing area is up high so keeping an eye on the kids is difficult. As already mentioned no security barrier to stop the kids wandering out into the car park.

The food provided for the party was quite good and all the kids seemed to enjoy them.

Concerns for Child Safety
Aug 2019
The facilities themselves are good but there is no security gate at the entrance (the type they have in soft play centres), and the entrance to the trampolines is pretty much right next to the automatic double doors out to the car park. It would be very easy for a young child to wander out into the car park unattended or, worse, be taken out there by a stranger. This risk is exasperated by the fact that the parent seating is upstairs and does not allow a full view of the trampoline park from any one seat, so it is difficult to keep an eye on your kids at all times, particularly if you are visiting with more than one child. Two other people were complaining about a lack of a security gate whilst I was there, one of whom said she was writing an email, and another who spoke to someone at reception about it and was advised that they keep an eye out for children wandering out the door, but this hardly seems like a secure policy, and whilst we were there the staff were really busy with queues of customers, and there were kids everywhere, so I highly doubt they'd have noticed a wandering child!

Filthy Dirty place. Very disappointed
Jul 2019 • Family
Lift not working
Filthy everywhere - tables sticky and everywhere dirty.
Can't even get tap water free
Toilets disgusting and toilet paper with poo on it on the floor
Can't hear safety briefing for music and announcements.
Anyone could walk in off the street and watch the children withouto being challenged
Absolute mayhem even when you book on line.
Until it's cleaner i will not be going back.
