We came for our daughters 12th birthday with her friend. Even though she has some physical limitations she was well looked after and the staff were brilliant. The place is great, although a bit out of the way but the parking was good. The kids loved it.
It was crazy busy though, especially with fun shack attached and the noise at some times was deafening.
That said, the whole experience for the kids was amazing and would definitely recommend
Even when the poor lad doing the coffee, got it so wrong it was almost comical, the staff were quick and nice enough to fix it
Would highly recommend the place

My daughter and 7 friends celebrated her 11th party here today. From the booking to the end of the party the customer care was superb. The venue was clean, safety excellent and all so friendly. We had our own party host who couldn't have been more helpful. My daughter got a free go on the new zip wire which she loved and so I paid a reduced party rate for them all to have a go too. We got a parent table whilst they played and the children hot juice, and the party room was pleasant with party music and they catered well for a gluten free and two veggies, and also helped with the cake lighting and singing. Thankyou so much for an excellent party enjoyed by all, really super value for money and superbly hassle free. Would recommend 100%. Outstanding customer service.

Visited today with 8yo son and friend.
Car park ridiculously full (building is shared with huge softplay area) and no overflow or street parking, all double yellows. Friend’s disabled car parking place was the designated smoking area?! The reception area stuck of cigarettes.
Place was loud and heaving. Staff ratio was shocking, nearly 30 kids climbing and at times only 1 or 2 staff members on the floor. Lots of littlies struggling with doing their own clips.
The place was filthy, not been hoovered in weeks and the walls were black. Whole place smelt of BO, stuffy and sweaty. We have visited a lot of climbing walls around the country as my LO loves to climb and this was by far the worst ever visited!
They got 10 minutes too short of their time but it was a relief to get out of the place tbh!

Hi Lauran, Sorry you didn't enjoy your visit to Clip N Climb , Yes we do share the building with Fun Shack (soft play area) Our car park was busy this is because we had sold out on sessions so the spaces will of been taken by our customers, Also as for the yellow line situation the land is owned by Mandale who have granted us permission for our customers to park there and no fines will be issued. Our customer service ratio is 16 climbers to 1 staff member, However yesterday I had 4 members of staff on the floor to help the climbers. We do keep a clean arena it is cleaned every day and there is no smell of BO and no time was taken from anyone they all get a full hours climb on the walls. I really wish you have informed a member of management in Clip N Climb when you were here we could of helped with your problems.

I went today with my kids who are 16, 14 and 2. The 16 and 14 year old did the clip n climb which they really enjoyed. The staff were super friendly and good with them.
Whilst they did this my two year old played on the soft play next door. The soft play was huge and really clean with strict COVID rules that were being enforced. The staff were great.
I would say the soft play is overpriced - it was £10.50 for my two year old but all in all great for all the family and we would definitely go back!

First time with ten year olds. Worth the money. We want on a Saturday afternoon but it wasn't too full. Plenty of walls. Great fun. My only complain was that all the tables in the viewing/eating area were covered in dirty plates etc. I had to ask to have one cleared. Otherwise good staff.

Took daughter and her cousins age 5 to 8, had a fantastic time. If kids are bored of soft play defiantly try this. A. Variety of challenging climbs and for dare devils you can pay extra for leap of faith, £2.50. It is expensive at £8 for over sixes I feel a more reasonable price would have been £6 as you only get about an hour on walls. But kids were tired at at end and had a good work out. If children scared of heights or a bit nervous there are some walls which could give them some confidence. Staff were very good and helpful and parents can clip kids in after they have had a safety talk, so kids can go straight on. My daughter loved it and to be fair has climbed on everything first. Went there a second time with her friends and they loved it and keep wanting to go back. So it would be good for a treat but to expensive to go regularly.

Visited clip n climb today with my daughter and was astounded at the young guy inducting us and putting out harnesses on for the 13:00 group. He started by telling the room "if I puke everywhere, it's because I'm ill", what a totally unprofessional thing to say to customers and why the hell is he around kids if he's that bad. He had a very blunt attitude to the point of being rude. He told us several times he was the supervisor and was in charge, I guess to assert his authority or to alleviate his inferiority complex. 5 times he told us he would tell us to leave if we did certain things, almost like a veiled threat. He said we had to follow "his rules" as his director was in and he did not want to get in trouble. He had a pretty angry and aggressive manner, and to be honest if my daughter was not there I would have certainly reacted to it. He had no idea about customer service and I am astounded this guy was in charge, if he actually was. Very bad start to the session, another one of the parents said toe "what the hells wrong with him", so it wasn't just me. I don't think we'll be coming back when this type of child unfriendly person is working here.....honestly very angry about this.

Visited here with my 6 year old and 12 year old. A bit pricey to get in but kids enjoyed it and was something different from the normal play area. Filled in a damp afternoon anyway.

The childrens' party consisted of children from 4-15. We all thought it was absolutely fantastic. The area and the climbing were very safe. The four year old amazed me as she was climbing really high. It is well worth the cost to take them there. The staff were more than helpful - they were very pleasant and efficient. Money well spent. We would all go again, either to have a party or just as individuals. The cost was £8,50 per head. There are different rates depending on what you want. Visit the web site which should tell you the different rates. There is a coffee bar if you would like drinks or snacks.
