Attended this lovely theatre for a performance of the legendary Mousetrap.
Was enthralled from curtain raise till the end of the performance.
The set was superb and the performance amazing, with a brilliant cast.
If at all possible go see.

It's great shame more people don't take the time to write a review.
If I am going somewhere new it's the first thing I look for.
Last Tuesday a friend and I visited to see the excellent play The Mousetrap.
We enjoyed it so much.
The auditorium has been refurbished and was very comfortable indeed.
The people of Billingham are so lucky to have this wonderful theatre in their town.
I only wish it was nearer where I live!
The bar staff are always welcoming and its a good start to the evening sitting having a drink in convivial surroundings.
The bar is managed excellently by Richie who always has a smile for the customers.

Well what can I say had a great night at the theatre to see the Cavern Beatles they were very good and we had a great night ,,, However we paid for vip tickets and to be honest they are not worth the extra £4 we paid ,, the larger was £3.90 a pint and didn't taste very nice at all ,, for this price it should have been a good pint,, you get to sit in a small lounge but no flash at all , the first extra you get is a small bowl of cheap crisps half a dozen small cheese biscuits and half a dozen small pieces of cheese between 4 of us ,I've got to say Very disappointing and would not recommend vip tickets ,I think the forum should offer a better service to customers

Went to see the Dream Boys which wasn't great, music was good, dancing was average, the show itself was chaotic.
Woman in front stood up through the majority of the show waving her arms in the air craving attention.
We politely asked staff if she could be asked to sit down and were told no they encouraged people to stand, we explained fine if everyone was standing but she was the only one and spoiling the show for the rest of us, but she didn't want to know!

We always book the Panto at the Forum. It is always well written, produced and performed. Due to the set up of the seating. Interaction is amazing. Views are great from all of the seats.

This year, we have taken in more shows and have really been impressed and had great nights out. Tickets prices are sensible, and good value for money. Unlike a lot of venues.

Customer Service. The staff are wonderful, from the Box office, front of house , to stage door. I get the feeling that the people there love their jobs and actually care about the Theature and the customers.

Number One Tip. Talk to the staff, as they are know there stuff and are really helpful.

My first visit in a long time to see Hormonal Housewives which was silly and funny.

Free parking outside but don't leave it too late to get a space as it's busy.

Nice bar inside, not too expensive, £2 for half of Carling. Card payments taken, minimum spend £5 but they just took £5 and gave me £1 back to cover my £4 spend. Bar staff polite and helpful.

Theatre itself is lovely

Great show, fantastic musicians and Ed Blaney as (Bowie) had his voice spot on. The Forum is a hidden gem of a theatre with professional sound and light vrigs. And a decent bar. What's not to like?

The show was fantastic from start to finish! Amazing dancers from around the world in their beautiful traditional costumes. Short and full of activity from beginning to end and topped off with the amazing Mark Hanretty from dancing on ice performing an Aerial Silks routine on roller skates. The show then moved into the Forum Ice Rink where again Skaters dancers musician singers were performing on ice and on stage. 5 stars!

May 25th was the last time we have shows booked here until September so I deceided it was time for another review.
We could not have ended our visit on a better note.
Lipstick on Your Collar was excellent.
Words cannot say how much my husband and I enjoyed the show.
We would love to see next year's performance too.
As June was mentioned ( our main holiday period of choice ) for a return it may not be possible.
We have experienced some great nights at the theatre.
Showaddywaddy --- Brilliant !
20th Century Boy--- Interesting
Sensational 60's.--- Third year running I was asked to pull the wining ticket for the guitar.
Walk Right Back--- Excellent.
Rock & Roll Paradise--- Very good.
For anyone unfamiliar with this theatre there is an excellent selection of entertainment coming up.
The theatre staff are very helpful, everyone goes about their duties in a pleasant way.
The bar staff keep the area clean and tidy headed by the entertaining Richie who does a great job.
There are plenty of seats to enjoy a drink before the show.
The prices are similar to all theatres in the North East.
The Marketing lady Liz ( who is a smartly dressed professional person) is very approachable and keeps a close eye on what's going on.
We will look forward to returning in September for more excellent nights out.

Attended this venue for a 60’s night concert. The stage itself is well situated, with no problem seeing over the head of the person in front.

I was surprised to see Mike d’Arbo and Mike Pender, using wired microphones, Mike d’Arbo almost tripped over the leads a couple of times.

We didn’t have time to get a drink before the show, but during the interval the staff were very efficient in dealing with customers at the bar.

Some of the seats in the theatre are beginning to look a little tired and “bobbly “. The sound and lighting were good.

The toilets I used were clean and tidy.

All the staff appeared efficient. A good night out.
