Fantastic totally Gluten-Free, great vegan choices
May 2019 • Couples
This lovely chilled cafe is gluten-free, with a fantastic menu for vegans, vegetarians and carnivores. Gluten-free parmos, pancakes, breakfasts, light bites. Everything is very clearly marked on the menu for vegans. The cakes are vegan and delicious. Caters for all allergies in a friendly, relaxed cafe, complete with cafe dogs. Try it out!

Thumbs Up 👍

Visited recently with my granddaughters as one is gluten free. Normally it’s a problem finding places that have a menu with plenty of choice. Not now as the menu here offered numerous dishes.
Food well presented and extremely tasty.
Pleasant staff. Can’t fault the experience and the prices are reasonable.
I’m sure we will be visiting again when they next visit.

Fantastic safe place to eat for people with all food intolerances!
Mar 2019 • Family
Been a few times now and it's always amazing! It's not always easy to find somewhere to eat out as a veggie coeliac but this place wins every time!
Not only is the food fantastic but its very reasonably priced and the service is always great and really friendly.
I also like that it's a social enterprise and supports a foodbank too.
Not only is everything gluten free they are also great at dealing with all other food intolerances.
Definitely some of the good guys and worth supporting.

It's an Inspiration!
Feb 2019 • Couples
If ever an Idea found the Right Place to Be, it's The Labyrinth among buildings that, once, had a certain dignity. What it represents is how it can be that, again; and, with The Arc just along the way, it's an Inspiration for what can be done. There's a relaxed atmosphere, rows of books to buy, great food; crystals and very comfortable seating: all with attentive staff. Go Seeking!

A truly unique cafe

I simply love this place.....
As a person who's food choices are often limited by a gluten intolerance being able to eat ANYTHING on the menu, without fear of pain is a revelation!
Not only that but they cater for my daughter's dairy avoidance without batting an eyelid.
Vegan and vegetarian diatry needs are catered for with equal accommodation.
All this choice is served up in a chilled and welcoming environment with a choice of teas I've never seen rivalled
Last, and possibly most importantly, it all tastes amazing....and yes I am working my way through the whole menu!!

Great place with a huge heart
Feb 2018 • Family
What a fabulous place, great food, great value, great atmosphere and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived just after nine for breakfast to discover they didn't start serving food until ten, but the incredibly friendly chef went off to get the ovens heated up straight away so that we could eat sooner. Nothing was too much trouble, the choice of vegan and vegetarian items on the menu was fantastic, with extra vegan versions often available (vegan cheesy potato cakes!) The chef took so much time to chat through the options and make sure that we had exactly what suited our range of dietary requirements. There was a huge range of delicious teas and the hot chocolate was the best we'd had anywhere for ages. Best of all, this cafe is a not for profit organisation; not only are you not propping up some multi million pound corporation, you feel you are part of a community of people who really care - there is the opportunity to pay in advance for a meal or drink for a homeless person. This is a great place with great food and a huge heart. We'll definitely be back!

Warm welcome, great menu.

Delighted to have found this little jem!
Called in for coffee after seeing the Labyrinth mentioned on FB. Slightly off the beaten track, but certainly very much worth the short walk from the High Street.
We had great tea, coffee and some super ginger cake. Next time we will aim to arrive later and try the interesting lunch menu.
The surroundings are quirky and comfortable, there's plenty to look at, but the highlight of our visit was the warm welcome given by the staff and other visitors! 😊 This has the feel of a truly inclusive venue.
Looking forward to returning.

Outstanding

I came here with my mother after deciding we didn't want to pay a fortune for a vegan breakfast that consisted of beans and hash browns. Fantastic decision, the vegan breakfast was delicious and I've heard so was the meat version.

Great to have a place with so much choice, will definitely be returning soon.
