My husband and son went here as part of his 21st birthday present from his girlfriend. Good and bad points firstly they both really enjoyed the time out on the bikes there was only them 2 in group which made it more personal. So down side which tainted the visit! We were under the impression that the session was for 1.5 hours however after the initial safety talk etc they got on the bikes at around 11.15 (session was booked for 11.00) I get the safety talk needed but they were actually finished for 12.00 so only an hour in total ! At the end we were asked if we wanted to purchase the official video and pics from the day, cost of 25.00 whilst I considered it a little expensive we decided to have it as it was a birthday memory only advise is dont bother! It was sent via watts app very poor quality and editing no pics included either! In fact when we enquired they denied completely having took any !! No had copy on disc or memory stick either. If you have booked this activity I'm sure you will get some pleasure from it but beware they dont rob you of time you paid for and definitely dont pay for the video complete waste of money and extremely rude staff if you question any of this!!

I had such an amazing time with my dad and boyfriend. The staff were really friendly. The only downfall was that they said the course would be an hour and a half, when in actual fact it was just under an hour. When your paying £50 you expect it to be longer not shorter.

A rather unpleasant experience. I understand safety concerns are paramount and the decision made not to allow my 15 year old daughter to go around the course was understandable. She was not confident enough. But then for the lady receptionist to make quite condescending remarks about her letting the side down was a poor show. But the final little treat was a refusal to pay back her £20 deposit based on the fact she had enjoyed a little training and a safety briefing. Words were exchanged and a begrudging refund was made. Some people skills may not go amiss next time.

Came here yesterday for my 3rd visit.i brought a new group of friends who hadnt been here before.it was looking like a wet day to start but the rain did hold off..the course here is by far the best ive ever done steep hills to climb and go down, streams to ride in,tunnels with water to go through its amazing.the quads are in excellent condition and the instructors are really nice people with health and safety being there top priority.i will be returning again soon as i love it here and i would highly recommend this place for a great day out.

I was bought this experience as a birthday present by my partner as it was something I have always wanted to do. Upon arrival it became evident that we were the only 2 riders booked in for the trip which was a relief as nether of us had ridden before. After completing the H&S forms and collecting our safety gear we headed straight out to start our briefing on the quad bikes. As first time riders we both felt that this was done in enough detail to make us feel confident enough to relax and enjoy ourselves. The short 'test ride' that we did prior to setting off allowed us both to get a feel for the quad bikes and we were soon off and on our way. We both had our own expectations of what the course might be like and to say we could not have been any further from the truth is an under statement in itself. Like mentioned in a few of the other comments there were times where we felt we maybe could have gone a bit faster than we did but the speed we went at allowed us to take in more of the surroundings. I'm sure if you were allowed to go at whatever speed you wanted people would be moaning that it was over all to quickly. The course itself was amazing, full of twists and turns, tunnels, ramps and the trailer at the end of it was great fun. We both really enjoyed the tunnel under the motorway where the water was quite deep and great fun. Once back at the finish we were asked about our experience and were both thoroughly happy with what we had done. If we were to be hyper critical we would agree that being able to take a 'Go Pro' would be fantastic even if this incurred a small cost as we know its a business and the photo's taken help revenue. On the subject of the photos taken we chose not to get these as we both felt that they were over priced for the quality and amount taken. As a couple we would have considered buying one if there was one with us both on but we understand why they are done individually. We were told the photos, if ordered, would have taken 3 weeks to receive which also seemed a long time in this day and age but again this is being hyper critical. All in all we had an amazing time and have both said we will return hopefully during the wetter seasons to make the ride more exciting 2nd time round. We would recommend unreservedly for inexperienced riders like ourselves.
