The monkey forest is easily accessed from the A34 with ample parking available on site. At the time of posting, an adult ticket is £8 each with children under 3 being free. The monkey forest itself takes around 30-45 minutes to walk round with numerous stops on the way to admire the monkeys. There's a cafe to eat in, as... More

Most visitors spend around 1.30-2 hours in the monkey enclosure, this includes listening to one of the 15minute feeding talks, taking pictures, reading the information boards and simply stopping to watch the monkey antics. Thank you for leaving a review of Monkey Forest. We hope you had a lovely afternoon here and we hope to see you again soon. More

Took a chance visiting here with my reluctant son, but he loved it. You have to be into monkeys though as there is not much else to do on site. Babies were fab to watch. I would recommend getting a combined ticket and visiting trentham gardens next door, it doesn't take long to get around the monkeys. Another plus is... More

Thank you for your review. Monkey Forest is a half day attraction and most visitors spend around an hour and a half to 2 hours in the monkey enclosure before visiting the information centre, video room, cafe, shop and play areas. Joint tickets for both Monkey Forest and the Gardens can be purchased to make the perfect full day out.... More

The pathway around the enclosure is 3/4 of a mile long and most visitors spend around an hour and a half to two hours walking through the forest. Monkey Forest is the perfect half day attraction for all ages. Thank you for your comments. More

Reasonably priced. Fun day out for kids. This is okay for a day trip but I don't think I would visit regularly. I went with a disabled friend and she was able to use her mobility scooter.

The Trentham Monkey Forest is awesome! The monkeys are free roaming and often run in front of you whilst walking around. This attraction is great for kids and adults alike, it is wheelchair accessible and has some stunning wildlife walks, a cafe and some hands on activities. Don't miss the feeding times as guides will narrate information about the monkeys,... More

Thank you for your review. The 3/4 of a mile woodland walk really is stunning, and the 140 monkeys make the walk very unique. It sounds like you saw one of the Discovery workshops located inside the forest, where visitors can find out even more about the monkeys. Thank you for your comments, we're happy to hear you enjoyed your... More

Despite the weather I found the time in the monkey enclosure enjoyable. The monkeys are everywhere. There are plenty of information notices and quiz boards, along with the quiz sheet that you pick up at the entrance. The family groups appeared to be having fun. Photographers have plenty of photo opportunities with both the monkeys and the landscape. Worth going... More
