I use this station every day during the week and it is still Berlinale and staff always friendly. The only down fall is the parking has been taken over by another company and to sort issues out you have to speak into a box on the ticket machine. Plus their prices are very high. They are London prices which isn't... More

I have been using the station on and off since the mid 1990s when it was first taken on by Virgin. Some of the changes have been slow to happen but it has come a long way since then. If you need a station and you live in Stoke I can thoroughly recommend it!!

The one and only railway station for Stoke-on-Trent. It has recently been modernised sympathetically. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. There is a lift to access platforms 2 and 3, as well as the underpass. The station is well-served by buses, although I don't recall seeing a map indicating where the buses go to, or their estimated times of arrival.

Minor improvements mean to the coffee shop and overall station entrances have brought it up to date. Remains a challnge at peak times so allow plenty of time. Car Park recently gone from 8 to 12 pounds a day

My 16 year old daughter was travelling from Stoke to Stafford at 9pm on her own and there were problems on Tuesday evening with the lines to Stafford and the train was diverted to Birmingham which the passengers were informed about prior to leaving Stoke. She obviously got off the train and called me. The staff at the station, when... More

Used to live down the road from this functional railway station when I was a student many years ago so was nice to return , can be in Birmingham or Manchester quickly, when we went it was clean and tidy, all the staff we encountered were polite and friendly. The best part of the station is the architecture, it's a... More

Stokes rail station is an open location with good parking close by and reasonable facilities such as a available Virgin staff for advice, clear departure boards, cafe, 1st class lounge and wifi.
