Vouchers can't be used to book a cream tea on the website. I offered to call in and pre pay for it but was told that wasn't an option either and a manager would call me back, but 5 hours later I am still waiting. Don't waste your money on vouchers as it seems you can only use them on their overpriced pottery.

Just back from taking my daughter as a belated birthday present. We couldn't of enjoyed the day anymore than we did. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the staff in the decorating studio were very helpful and the staff in the cafe were lovely and friendly. Plenty to chose from in the main shop and the shop that sells seconds. We went to the decorating studio where we had a wide choice of what we could chose to decorate and more colours than we could use. We had plenty of time to complete the mugs we chose to decorate. From there we went for afternoon tea, which is minute walk from the decorating studio. We were greeted and shown to our table where we were given our afternoon tea which was lovely. We will be back. Great afternoon out.

Purchased for my mum for her birthday and we had a lovely time! Fun for all ages! Good selection of crockery, stamps and paint colours. Could have done with a drink - they’re 100% missing a trick not serving any while you paint. There is a cafe, seconds shop and normal shop all there too, we did not attend the cafe so cannot comment on that but it looked very nice from the outside! Would highly recommend!

What a brilliant event. My friend accidentally booked the design studio instead of the factory tour without realising there are no tours at the moment. We lucked out! We had 90 mins to design our plate/bowl/mug. The time flew by. There’s no in person demo due to COVID so we followed the link to the online demo. I wish I’d taken the name of the young woman who was helping she was brilliant and very patient. We’d checked before we went and knew that the cafe was fully booked that day so we knew not to attempt to get a table. We did love the seconds shop plus the main gift store - although I was paranoid about accidentally breaking anything! We will definitely be back and looking forward to when the experience days open back up.

Having a family Day out we decided it would be a good idea to call in at Emma's. Having been numerous times before and an enjoyable time was had by all. However this was not the case on this occasion- the staff seemed very grumpy in the restaurant and we were told if you haven't booked it at least the previous day then it will be basically Pot luck to get a table. Bookings for the actual day cannot be taken on site and have to be made online in advance - surely if you have capacity and are not fully booked on the day then this is a ridiculous rule!!! However we decided to leave and go elsewhere for a lovely lunch. So obviously EB didn't want our custom - which is a shame as we won't be going back in a hurry. The factory outlet shop was very disappointing also with not a great selection of the seasonal goods which was in abundance in the "firsts" shop :(
