Amerton farm is a great little farm not to far from stafford and Uttoxeter, I really like this farm shop they have a great range of toys and gifts to buy a tea shop, farm animals and a children's play area. There is a bakery and sweet shop. So much to do for the whole family and there is a... More

Great day out for all the family. Lovely gift shop and farm shop on site. Cafe does reasonable food. Bakery always smells amazing and looks good. There is a small farm area with horses, pigs, goats, cows and chickens for children to pet. Then there is a larger Avery (cost to enter) to meander around. The play barn (cost to... More

I have been going here for thirty years or more. It has grown and extended over years with loads for children to do. The bakery is fantastic, most delicious cakes and pies, especially apricot pie

Our 4 year old loved it. Lots to do and see. Relatively little farm, but otherwise great play facilities. Easy parking and not expensive. Posh? No, but if you're 4, who cares?

Bad News first. The whole place is getting rather shabby, needs a damn good clean up and a fresh coat of paint would help. Some of the play equipment is well past it's sell by and needs proper and thorough attention. The floor looks dirty and is quite rough. The young lady on the cafe counter did nothing to improve... What a gem this place is. The simple setup makes it enjoyable. My 3 year old loved the play barn but as it was a sunny day, outside was even more fun. The big inflatable pillow outside was so much fun, donkey ride for £3 was not very long but it was special as it was my daughters first time... More

Visited play barn on a dry Saturday lunchtime, food was surprising good although maybe a little expensive considering surroundings.the children certainly had a good time, entry to the play barn £4.50 per child adults free, reasonable value for the fun it generated. I understand it has recently changed changed hands, from an adults point of view it is in need... More
