Very badly managed centre. High turn over of staff and phones rarely answered when trying to book any class. Since Fusion took over they have taken the soul out of the place. It's supposed to be run for the Community.

Booked court for 1 hour session with friends Very friendly staff & court set up for us. Surface good, lights all work (are quite bright but no excuse for poor play !!!) However the nets were terrible & ordinarily wouldn’t bother us but would not of stopped a football!! Sometimes uncertain if shuttle went over or through the net Good value for money but for a very small investment would of been 5star

We live in Glastonbury and have always used Wells leisure swimming pool if we have wanted to go and swim. Facilities there are standard. The floor in the changing rooms and around the pool itself is incredibly slippery and it makes me really nervous when carrying my baby. The sauna and steam rooms are often out of order. The toilets and changing rooms are usually kept spotless. I’ve never seen the rapids open whenever I’ve visited (might be a coincidence). Decent quality pools and jacuzzi etc - always clean and nice size. Cafe food isn’t great but fairly priced. Timetable online and the print out they give you at the premises is shockingly unclear. I took my step children and young daughter to swim at a time I read as general swim only to discover that half of the main pool was being used for lanes and most of the baby pool was closed so after 30mins I had to get out! When I complained to the main desk I was told that they do not offer refunds on site (utterly ridiculous policy) so I was offered a voucher for another visit... something I don’t really see us using. It’s definitely put me off returning. Overall it’s an alright place but when you have a complaint or issue it’s appalling - hence why I don’t wish to return - they are happy to take your money but not to return it in the event of an issue.

We took our little one to the funky floats session. Used the pool on and off for years but we’re very underwhelmed with the experience. Changing room and toilet areas were dirty, rubbish left in changing rooms, wet hairy floors, no working hand driers or paper towels in loos. Hair dryers don’t work and have to go to the gym changing rooms other side of reception. Pool area is getting very aged and again dirty. Lots of the showers weren’t working, the drains and floor underneath were dirty. Ceiling tiles stained from leaks. In the pool there was lots of grit or something on the floor especially by the jacuzzi areas. There are many tiles going green, by jacuzzi a mouldy broken sign. There were plenty of floats but lots that had seen better days. The water jets were on which used to on during these sessions. Had a look at cafe area but decided against a drink as Looks about as loved as the rest of the place. Pity as was always a good pool.

This is a really good community leisure centre with lots of activities for all including swimming, jacuzzi, sauna etc. It has a good sized gym with fitness programmes for everyone and personal trainers if you want one at competitive costs. i used to swim there all the time but only do occasionally now but I think it's the best leisure centre around this area so would highly recommend it. Check it out on their website
