Dunster wishes to invite you to its brand new community museum and doll collection. Come and discover the amazing story of this beautiful village and travel through time from its foundation to the present. Visit us and explore our vibrant history, hear stories of Viking raids and bloodshed in the Civil War, tales of romance in the time of Lords and Ladies and see how history has shaped the idyllic place that thousands visit every year. Also see our fabulous Doll Collection. We have one of the largest collections of dolls in the country, with thousands of dolls spanning different time eras, cultures and manufacturers. The collection is always growing so there are likely to be many new additions and faces if you have visited before! Situated in the beautiful medieval village of Dunster, we are located on the gateway to Exmoor National Park. Come and visit us today! PLEASE NOTE: The Project is still under way and as such not all aspects of it are complete. We thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

They love to talk about their collections, or about the town of Dunster. Located right off the High Street. There are a lot of dolls in her, as well as other interesting historical items. There is no charge to enter.

Small place packed with all shapes and sizes of dolls some very old, some more recent, also royal memorabilia, poignant with the 20th anniversary of the death of Princess Diana.
