A group of men made a very informs me sexist comment towards me and I reported this to the bouncers and a certain Staff member called Corey sorted it all out for me. He got made the group of undividuals leave and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and me and my partner stayed on for the rest of the evening and were able to enjoy our night.
Our night could of been so easily ruined but Corey took my complaint serious, some people would of just warned the men, and because of that it’s a 10/10 for me - thank you Corey

We booked a cocktail experience for this afternoon, and I have had a brilliant time making cocktails with my friends. Dan our cocktail extrodinaire was absolutely amazing and we had great fun behind the bar making cocktails! 10/10 would recommend... Definitely coming back for my birthday!!

What a fab cocktail bar right next to the station. Energetic, fun, loud & friendly. Popped in yesterday on the off chance till our train was due, tables of ladies belting out tunes, so we joined in. Nice happy hour till 5. Very nice cocktails & lovely staff. Can't wait to return.

Be At One Brunel Square.
Date 15th April 2022. We booked a table for 9.30pm-1.30pm a few weeks in advance and paid a £25 deposit . Upon arrival we were shown to what I can describe as a book shelf with 4 stools facing a wall. Surprised but not wanting to spoil our evening we sat down and my husband went to the bar and ordered our drinks.
The bar staff came to life throwing ice up to the ceiling and dancing upon the bar to the music and grinding each other pouring the drinks over one another’s chest’s. ( the pic attached is the said bar manager but nobody would clarify this on record )
After two more rounds between couples. My husband went to the bar to get another round of drinks to be told we’re not serving anymore alcohol.
Completely bewildered my husband thought we had booked a bar that closed early . The time was only 10.20pm
We eventually managed to get the then duty manager Jack Biggs to explain that the previous manager had decided that we couldn’t be served any more alcohol but couldn’t pin point who had decided this. I can only think they have discriminated against us because we are Welsh. I’m nearly 40 years old and have never experienced this anywhere in my life time.
Dont waste your time and money here in this poor establishment with poor uneducated inexperienced management.
Please avoid!

I booked a reservation for myself and 17 of my friends 4 months in advance for a reunion. I paid a £60 deposit FOR A TABLE, which we didn’t get! We arrived for our reservation to find that they put us in the smallest corner at the entrance of the premises with FIVE bar stools. I’m not amazing at math, but five stools is not enough to seat 18 people. Only 6 of us could seat/stand in the area comfortably; the remainder of the group couldn’t even enter the premises! I don’t understand how the staff could even think 18 people could have fit comfortably in such a small area. You would also think a booth would have been provided given that I booked 4 months in advance. We left straight away and had a lovely time at The Botanist instead, which we didn’t even book and managed to get a big enough table!! Thankfully I received my deposit back, but there are better places to go in Bath!!

The security were rude and biased. Never experienced this before. We then witnessed biased attitudes to certain people depending on what they were wearing but it seemed to depend on who rather than what was being worn. Also some people were told they were too drunk yet others that were obviously in a more drunken state were fine, it appeared to be those that were prepared to have banter were ok. Then twice I saw men being refused entrance because they were on there own. Not everyone have friends or companions to socialise with and I found this very inappropriate. Since this visit I have heard a lot of people having had issues with the security. Will not be going there again.

Have been to Be At One Bath before and was really good.
Great cocktails, good prices and service.
Oh how times have changed....
Visited yesterday, 28th Dec, no atmosphere ordered 3 cocktails all tasted ok but none of them tasted alcoholic, this was happy hour so 2 4 1, so seems like they water them down now during happy hour.
Have visited various different Be At One venues and even during happy hour they have always been full strength. Perhaps Covid has made them realize the can RIP customers off by serving low strength cocktails and customers will not say anything as they are just glad to be out socializing.
Sorry but this customer noticed, so beware the low strength cocktails during happy hour.
Suffice to say we will no long frequent Be At One for cocktails
Did they really think no one would notice.

As a family of 4, We visited the bar this evening on entrance we were told that our son in smart jersey shorts and a sweatshirt wasn’t aloud in. On leaving the bar we noticed that 2 females sat outside one having a shaved head with Dreadlocks in hippy attire and another group of girls sat in plastic ponchos and lads in bucket hats and ripped shorts/jeans. Can’t believe that this actually happened. Disgrace

Went to Be At One a few weeks ago. We were seated by Casey, who was very professional and attentive, giving us great cocktail recommendations and making sure he was nearby while we decided what to order, we definitely felt like a priority which I know can be a hard experience to create for every individual customer on a busy Friday. Casey's shift finished halfway through our drinks, and he made sure we knew the name of the other bartenders and checked if we needed anything else from him before he left (sorry to the bartender whose name I've forgotten - cool blue/green hair and also very friendly/helpful!) Created a great atmosphere and made sure we were served promptly- drinks were also lovely, came promptly and had lovely presentation about them. Great experience overall, would go back again.

Landed on a visit from Chester. Only 3 days in Bath and this place was definitely the night venue that made me feel most welcome. Jess and her team were amazing in welcoming us, choosing the best cocktail to our taste and just feeling welcome. GO HERE!!!
