I have been waiting for ages to do this tour of the original Georgian Theatre in Bath, and was not disappointed when I finally made it today. The theatre aspect was fascinating, but even more interesting was the subsequent history of the building. From Catholic...More

Do not miss this guided tour. Such a wonderful, informative guide and what a marvellous collection of masonic artefacts. The Theatre is tucked away down a side street and pure magic inside.

As a Freemason, I am very interested in seeing this place, but unfortunately it never seems to be open. Over 7 years I have not been able to get inside for various reasons. Come on Bath, one of your great sites, make it more accessible.

We discovered this by chance and were delighted with the tour. The guide was helpful and informative and covered the whole range of uses of the building, from a theatre to a church and on to a Masonic Hall. Well worth a visit.
