Had a lovely view of these gardens while visiting Bath. You can take advantage of the quiet and a walk by the river for a small price, or look over the wall while walking along the street. The flower beds were beautiful.

This park is big, beautiful and has something for everyone, from the Botanical Gardens to the Dell, to the picnic/barbecue area, to the pond, to the bandstand, to the most amazing, huge, well used play area which caters for every age of child with a large variety of play equipment. You cannot beat this play area. It has been fabulous... More

We actually stubbled on this park while trying to find a restaurant from a car park. It is quite extensive and very restful. We were there on a weekday evening but found that there were many people using the park. Would be a good place to spend some relaxing time walking and people watching.

My wife and I spent a few hours relaxing in this award winning park and loved every minute The second you walked down the beautiful steps it was if walking back in time. Originally built for the rich we are all now able to experience what it must have... More

Was a very pretty and relaxing park. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sun or rain lol. A nice place to relax and watch the tourists. ;)

The Royal Victoria Park is a hidden gem, it is along from the famous Paultney Bridge weir, thousands walk by it daily and they do not know what they are missing. You get an opportunity to sit in a deckchair in lovely grounds and if you are lucky you will see many Brides & Grooms gathering for photo opportunities, if... More

We visited on a sunny Sunday in September and spent a couple of hours ambling around. It was free to enter although there is a 20p charge for toilets. The park was named following the visit of the then young Princess Victoria and tries to maintain the layout of the past. It includes open spaces, many varieties of trees, a... More
