Overpriced products, snobby staff

I've visited here a few times and have been disappointed each time. The staff are always snobby and having their own conversations. I've bought several things from here before and... read more

After visiting the home furnishings dept 2 weeks ago and choosing some fabric and wallpaoer samples to be sent to us at home (from the supplier), I have now phoned twice to find out if the request was put through as nothing has arrived in the post...Apparently the Fax machine wasn't working ! Who uses Fax any more ? and... More

Aladdin's cave/treasure trove of a place if you love your kitchen/home/gift shops - you could wile a way many an hour and credit card limit given half the chance. I bought a strange combination of items including a gorgeous necklace, purse and lemon juicer - I could move in if it wasn't for the un-enigmatic, verging on rude staff...

I do not think I have ever been into a shop like this before. What a cornucopia of goods and things. It seemed to go on for ever. Upstairs consisted of sofas, lamps mirrors, tables chairs and so forth. All set out in an atmospheric way set off by the original wood panelling. Downstairs was more gifty. Staff were very... More

I've visited here a few times and have been disappointed each time. The staff are always snobby and having their own conversations. I've bought several things from here before and I'm yet to have a polite member of staff serve me. I used to buy a lot from here when I first moved to Bath but I've just gotten fed... More

Walked into the material dept as was looking for curtains. Asked the lady working there if she was busy and she replied with "Mmm". I kid you not, I couldn't believe it. However, we were floored by the vast amount of material available so I followed her 'non response' with "ok, well we are looking for curtains and have just... More

We stumbled across this store whilst wandering around and spent a good hour hear. An amazing array of goods of all sorts and many of the things we saw were really sensibly priced. It's a maze inside as it is 4 shops knocked into one so you wander from room to room to room. Personally, I found the staff pleasant... More

For a shop that has everything the staff were terrible. Ignored by the first man as we entered, a lady in the Christmas room couldn't even look up from her diary and acknowledged us. If they don't improve their service they won't be around for another 50 years.
