As a frequent traveller, both for business and leisure who has utilised chauffeur services for several years, I can genuinely say that Chauffeur Travel sets the benchmark in every aspect. To elaborate, Vehicles Beyond the vehicles always arriving in exceptional condition, both inside and out, the comfort factor has clearly been a key priority. The two BMW 7 Series that I've had the pleasure of travelling in are absolutely class leading, both boasting the BMW sky lounge option which provides the luxury features of panoramic roof, reclining seats with both massage and heated function and going one step beyond these elite options, the vehicles are fitted with television screens which include Netflix and Apple TV. The two Mercedes V-Class's are no exception to the above, I've frequently referred to them as my mobile office but equally, they are a dream when taking the family away. The additional features I personally appreciate are the fridge, work tables and even the 3 pin power sockets which are perfect when I'm travelling for business. Furthermore, I utilise the WiFi in both the BMW's and Mercedes, seamlessly connecting when entering the vehicle as they remember my devices, the charging cables for both Apple and Android as well as glass bottled water and chocolates/sweets for each passenger, it's these details that make all the difference. Chauffeurs Exceptional. Always suited professionals that just like the vehicles, prioritise passenger safety and comfort. My requirements are frequently airport journeys which are made so much more pleasurable by the chauffeur team who are incredibly punctual. Greeted in the terminal, my luggage is taken care of and securely loaded into the vehicles, I'm welcomed by open doors and the team adapt accordingly, sometimes talking to me if I wish but on occasions when I can't, providing the peace and quiet I need to work, all while smoothly providing a safe and comfortable driving experience. To conclude, I cannot recommend Chauffeur Travel enough, thank you for making my travel so much greater, your efforts are both recognised and greatly appreciated.

My wife and I used Chauffeur Travel Bath for 2 trips to the Cotswolds, a daytrip to Stonehenge, and airport pickup from London Heathrow and back. James was very friendly and very much professional,sending emails to let us know when they would arrive, and he took care of all of our luggage( which was alot). The vehicle was amazing and luxurious, making our vacation feel even more special. Phil was our driver for both of our trips to the Cotswolds . He was amazing, telling us about the history of all things we were seeing. He also made reservations for us to eat at a local farm shop restaurant that was an extra highlight of our day. He was so welcoming to us and made us feel so comfortable. He took pictures of us along the way and even surprised us with a stop at a not very well known spot with breathtaking views of our favorite city. The picture he took of us there is our favorite of our entire 2 week vacation. He also took us to Stonehenge, which was another amazing day, learning so much from him about all things imaginable. We appreciate everything Chauffeur Travel Bath did for us and look forward to using them again in the near future. Do not hesitate to book with them!

I hired these guys for my friends wedding, to take her and her bridesmaid to their destination. I can't shout their praises loud enough. From the first phone conversation I had with James, who took the time to listen and answer all my questions, not once did I feel he was in a rush. We had to change a few things nearer the time. Nothing was too much trouble. The bride praised the driver for his attention to detail and friendliness throughout the trips. I also received emails throughout the day to let me know when he had arrived, picked up the bride and delivered her etc. That was a nice touch that I wasn't expecting. We had a great experience for a return trip between Bristol and Heathrow. Chauffeur Phil was perfectly on time for both legs, and the 7-Series had bags of room & extras, and was a very smooth ride. The only slight concern was that the notifications ahead of pick-up didn't work for me - although prompt responses to email and WhatsApp messages meant I still knew everything was going to plan. Will definitely book again 😀

Travelling with kids from the US, and after a very long flight from San Francisco, it was absolutely clutch to have hired Chauffeur Travel and to have had Will as our driver. Communication was exceptional. Will met us right away and led us to his extremely comfortable and clean vehicle. Even though the ride from the airport to our final destination was long, Will was the perfect host, carefully navigating us to our place and providing conversation. He gave us some restaurant tips that I had forgotten, but was gracious when I reached out and asked after our ride had concluded for the names of places to visit. I could not recommend Chauffeur Travel more. Will is top notch.

This is the third year in a row I've stayed in Bath for the Badminton Horse Trials. The company I used the last two years was fully booked, so I found Chauffeur Travel on google maps. Great service and on time. I booked everything online, but called anyway to let them know I am a real person, not an AI generated Spambot. I've traveled to the UK (mostly for the excellent horse shows) a number of times and I just don't have the nerve to attempt driving.

We arrived in London at 6:15 am. Our driver Phil was there and waiting for us. In conversation with the owner James, we decided on an escorted visit to Stonehenge, lunch at a pub in Ford and a visit to lovely Castle Combe before being dropped off at our B and B in Bath. The day went as expected, Phil was courteous and engaging and looked after us so well. I highly recommend Chauffeur Travel services.
