Little oasis of calm amidst the traffic opposite ancient cathedral . Lots of shrubs and bushes to attract wildlife. Only a small space but nice to sit in the sun and watch birds at feeders and have drink in the small Cafe in the buildings behind.

What a surprise in the middle of Shrewsbury. Easily accessed from the road and a pay and display car park next door. I attended a conference in the recently converted loft. Well appointed, even a lift installed. The wildlife garden outside was perfect for lunch.

Near the Abbey car park. Interesting but they don't seem to have as many things to buy as before but excellant for bird food etc and staff very friendly. There is a small cafe and they have events there which are interesting and you can buy plants there as well.

Immediately across the road from the Abbey and next to the car park. A fascinating little place and well worth a visit, great little shop , Drinks available. Something for young and old and lots of information about how to attract more wildlife to your own plot. Be that a huge garden or a few pots. Nicely accessible for the... More

Very well presented and the people working in the gardens were only too happy to give information on the plants , birds and animals of the area. Would liked to have had morning tea, looked lovely and not too pricy but time was against me. Gift shop had fantastic gifts.Glad I visited.

Whenever I've visited Shrewsbury, have 'always' meant to pop in but never made it. This time, after parking the car, made this the first port of call. Lovely little place and such a delightful shop at the back with a selection of 'different' cards and gifts for sale. Will definately go back again.

A lovely setting with a nice cafe and a selection of plants but it has the potential to offer much more especially if they could open up the old house properly.

great place for a sandwich and a relax in the lovely garden. Picked up some lovely wildlife plants and I love the wellies planters on the wall! Such a good idea, I'm stealing it.
