Took my wife for her birthday to see musical of the dirty dancing film. Excellent show in what must be one of the last remaining theatre and picture palaces that is still in its original state. It's like going back 50 yrs. Well worth a visit whatever is showing.

Went to see the Rat Pack with friends. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The building is full of history. Easy parking. They have great live acts as well as being a cinema. There is a bar where they also serve great coffee and other hot drinks.

We were camping and needed somewhere warm to spend the evening! Couldn't have been better. Lovely old refurbished cinema with upstairs and downstairs seating and a bar. Loved having an intermission, just like old times! There is a large car-park adjacent and on-street right outside if you get there early enough. Hope to visit again if we are in the... More

its brill having a local cinema on the doorstep even though films are usually later arriving than at the bigger venues in city centres. Its nice to just be able to walk round and not have to worry about parking plus the prices are cheaper too.

Went to watch the new Bond film Spectre. Very friendly box office lady and comfy warm cinema. Has it's own bar with tea coffee & alcoholic drinks. They even have an interval for half time refreshments. Altogether a very good place.

i love this little cinema, cheap ticket prices £6 and the refreshments arent a bad price either. Much cheaper and more comfortable than going to a multiplex. Only downside is that i live in Devon so i only get to visit about twice a year, wish there were more around like this. Little gem

Excellent well run establishment. As locals we are regular visitors for both films and live theatre. Good to have somewhere like this local.
