I came here to watch Gregory Porter a while ago and it was stunning. I had 2nd row seats and a very clear view of the stage. Although looking around I don't think any of the seats would have been a bad choice. Really nice stage, great music.

On Saturday 24 September 2016, I again visited the City Hall Sheffield, a brilliant venue, comfortable and with excellent views and sound from anywhere in the auditorium. On this occasion it was to see Chris Connor in his 'World Famous Elvis Show'. What a superb, professional performance. Chris is authentic both in sound and presentation. The show could not be... Went to Sheffield City Hall for the first time this week to see Ronan Keating in concert. What a beautiful place, great acoustics too. So much nicer than the big arenas, would definitely go again.

I love attending functions here at Sheffield City Hal; it is a stunning building and a wonderful piece of architecture. SCH has a number of Halls and suites the Ballroom Suite and Oval hall are perfect for smaller intimate events. This venue attracts world class talent on a regular basis a far better venue than the arena with wonderful sound.

A great building, which is much-loved by the people of Sheffield, and looking better than ever. Had many happy times crashing gigs here in the 70's with the help of a coat-hanger ;) It has hosted all manner of events over the years, even an Anarchist conference once.

I absolutely love the Sheffield City Hall's neoclassical architecture and feel. Greeted by the magnificent portico you enter the building with a feeling of grandeur, the Oval hall is magnificent and is home to The Grand Willis III Organ built in 1932, the Ballroom Suit and halls are an incredibly sophisticated space and the Memorial hall is wonderful and perfectly... We visited on Saturday to see a Mary Poppins production put on by a local dance school. The theatre itself was a good size and we weren't cold in there (some theatres can be very drafty). The staff were friendly if a little condescending not believing that we knew where we were going. It was a little strange that despite... More
