If you like this sort of thing it is good, plenty to look at and if you are looking for a certain something you will probably find it here although I was looking for a metal rubbing board but never found one but they had a great big mangle in there. I didn't leave empty handed though , it's a... More

Great couple of hours here on a wet Sunday afternoon. Didn't go looking for anything in particular but the huge range of items on sale triggered so much nostalgia and we went home with a number of treasured items. Well worth a visit for those of a certain age

Quite a quirky mix of everything from vinyl to fur coats and jewellery to bed pans! It's worth a look around for the nostalgia if nothing else. This area of Sheffield is worth an explore anyway so start here and the head towards Kelham island.

Even if you don't have anything in mind you are looking for this place is great for a stroll around to soak up the treasures. Prices are reasonable and there are many rooms to explore.

We traveled from Birmingham for a visit, I seen the good reviews and was very happy we stopped in. So many amazing items which were reasonably priced unlike some of the vintage shops I've been too.

We love spending a few hours on a Sunday morning mooching around the Nichols Building with the range of quirky stalls. It sells a range of vintage, retro and antiques at a good range of prices to suit all budgets. Well worth a visit in conjunction with Kelham Island which is just over the road.

My boyfriend and I visited The Nichols Building for the first time yesterday. Just a short walk down from the University's main campus, stepping into this seemingly unassuming building felt like stepping back in time. It was a joy to wander around and we did literally spend hours exploring an array of vintage clothing, bags, shoes, furniture, CDs, records, comics... More

Really not worth visiting from the point of view of buying antiques - just a load of overpriced old tat. If you can find your way into it, and are OK with the steps, the cafe is OK. Service is a bit slow, but it's friendly, and cheap.
