Nice spot to stroll around and have a cuppa

Good choice of herbs and a staff who know their stuff and share it with customers. All are very helpful and the little tea room is very pleasant.

I went with my Daughter and Son in law, my Husband and Grandaughter. The Garden shop has lots of interesting ornaments for gardens and beautiful plants, well priced. We had a snack in the cafe garden which was delicious. Herb scones, lavender scones, soup and sandwiches,, YUM. My Granddaughter loved the maze.

What a wonderful location. Everything smells fresh and fragrant. Great shop, lots to investigate of interest. Unfortunately, avoid baked potatoes! Love crisp skins but these were definitely overdone and the potato inside was brown and sour. Cheese unmelted and cold bacon slices laid on top(!) Asked if this is usual and was told yes, so best avoided altogether. Coffee great... More

Tucked away on the edge of the village this small garden centre specialises as the name suggests in herbs, but that is not the whole story. Think John Lewis service, Laura Ashley style and Cafe Rouge food and you are on the right path. Of course the Herb Farm does this in it's own unique way. For example in the... More

Stunning place and the restaurant has the best doorstep sandwich. Worst part is that the toilets are outside. Lovely maze which is great fun for all ages.

This was our first visit to The Herb Farm. We stopped for a quick lunch thinking it would just offer the usual 'garden centre teashop' fodder, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the range of the menu. Lots to choose from and (if our choices are anything to go by) of very high quality. The tea was good too!... More

My third visit here on a warm Saturday afternoon. Many cakes on display had an interesting twist, but I've had the lavender scones twice now and would go back just for them. Served warm with honey and clotted cream, they are a delight! There are three areas to sit: the old barn, the conservatory and outside among the flowers and... More

Lovely decor but sadly let down by the menu. Menu is not automatically given to the customer and when you do get it, very little on offer. Breakfast menu....what breakfast! very little on offer for lunch! cakes and drinks fine, but expensive. It seems that this coffee shop needs better managment and someone who cares! With a good chef and... More

The last time we visited the cafe was called 'Daisy's Coffee Shop', & an excellent cream tea for two was £9.50. It's now in new hands & the same cream teas cost a very expensive £15, scones are not as nice & a little pot of jam barely covered the scones. In the past we were very regular customers but... More

A friend brought me here for lunch and it was such a surprise. A lovely open and bright cafe and really good homemade food from friendly staff
