This is a garden centre with lots of herbs. My wife loves herds and I wanted to drive past but she said no. Anyway the cafe gave us a tea for two and scones opportunity. Nice place and a toilet stop.

Visited here for some lunch and wasn't disappointed! Nicest soup I've ever had served with a cheese and thyme scone. Heaven! I then bought a lavender scone home with me to try, and again, heavenly. Not your usual bog standard food. Most impressed!

I get the feeling that this Garden Centre is in decline and they are winding things down. If this is not the case then they really need to address it quickly. All looking a bit tired and scruffy. The cafe (mentioned in separate post) is...More
