Most wonderful Customer Service!
Sep 2017 • Family
I had contacted Fairtrade through their website as they stock Kenana toys (beautiful hand knitted toys ethically made in Kenya and supporting local rural women and their communities). Daniella was so incredibly helpful, she sent through photos of all they had available and made buying a real joy. The toys were beautifully packaged and sent to me with a hand written note and information about the toys within 24 hours of my request! I will definitely be visiting the store when I am next in Oxford and recommending to anyone who wants amazing gifts, with excellent friendly customer service. I was thoroughly impressed, thank you Daniella! x

An alladin's of fairtrade products - food, gifts, baby items, accessories, jewellery, house and home, bath and toiletries, underwear... The list goes on!
The absolute best place to stock up on fair trade items and get some information about FairTrade too - definitely worth getting in touch if you are running and event as they might be able to help you with a stall!
Lovely staff, fab place.
(Good loyalty and student discount scheme too!)

Great place to buy unique and helpful gifts
Sep 2016
We are on holidays in Oxford from Australia and saw this little shop tucked away off Cornmarket Street. What a great little shop to buy a unique gift, as well as helping some great causes. It has a wide variety of things to suit all kinds of people, and nearly all the things I looked at were well made and quite reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Amazing Variety of Items
Sep 2015 • Solo
I visited Oxford in 2012 for part of a day, and stumbled upon this shop. The ,merchandise I bought was one of the highlights of my brief visit. I returned this year, just to see what new finds they had, and I was not disappointed. Everything is well priced, and well sourced. A great place for a gift you can't find elsewhere. The staff are very helpful, and will suggest things if you need help. Excellent variety of good chocolate and unusual teas, which are great gifts for any hostess.

A really attractive fair trade shop in Oxford
Jul 2015 • Couples
Fairtrade at St Michael was the 2nd fair trade shop we visited in Oxford that day, and what a delight! It's an amazingly well-stocked shop with products from all over the world. You can find everything there, from groceries to jewellery to home and garden to stationary products. All the products are fair trade which means they come from suppliers in developing countries who are paid a living wage for their work. And they are so beautiful and colorful, it was hard to choose what to buy. In the end, we got gorgeous Bambu bowls in the colours of the rainbow as a wedding gift. Outstanding shop!
