lovely place
Apr 2016 • Solo
Being a neghbour, over the past 4 years I have tried many of the treatments offered by Eau de Vie: massages, pilates and yoga classes and floatation. I last had a treatment in April 2016.
I also stock my Pukka tea and organic shower gel from there. Every time I book a treatment, I leave the place feeling stress-free and relaxed. All the staff has always been adorable, very zen and attentive.
Longue vie to eau de vie. Such a pity it may close soon :(

What a wonderful space ....
Dec 2015 • Solo
I had such an amazing massage there yesterday. The receptionist was really welcoming and made me a cup of herbal tea; and the therapist was kind, thoughtful and completely understood my bad back.
It has some really beautiful things in the front of the shop and I managed to get some really original Xmas presses for my family as well as walking away feeling relaxed - bonus! Will be back as soon as I can!

Well worth a visit
Nov 2015 • Friends
I love everything about Eau De Vie. I have visited a few times, once with a friend and the second time with my mother and I have found on both occasions the reception staff to be lovely and the atmosphere to be warm and welcoming. They were by far the best treatments I have had and I will definitely be returning. I can also highly recommend the candles sold in store and online (as I purchased mine), they arrived quickly in the post, were well priced and were gorgeously scented.

Eau de Brilliant . . .
Nov 2015 • Solo
I have visited Eau de Vie on many occasions (having been introduced by gift voucher) and have always had a very warm and friendly welcome and extremely professional treatment and advice from the different practitioners I have been treated by. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough – keep up the good work Eau de Vie and see you all soon.

vouches and service
Oct 2015 • Solo
I'm really baffled by the negative reviews as my experience has been amazing. Having worked as a therapist I have high expectations and have never been disappointed by the welcome and personalised caring service offered at Eau de Vie. The standard of therapy is exceptionally high.
I guess if you're slow to use a voucher, maybe it was the wrong gift for you. Eau de Vie bookings are sought after which would explain their need to have a realistic policy.

Suggest to complainers .....Try somewhere less sought after and more desperate for custom ... their vouchers last for simply ages!

Poor service and unfair voucher policy
Oct 2015 • Family
Their vouchers expire after 6 months - who even has this policy anymore?! I had no clue and they refused to allow the massage even though it was a few weeks out of date. Plus, on top of it all, the woman I spoke with on the phone was hostile, unhelpful and rude. Came away feeling extremely stressed - certainly not the intended impact of this poor excuse of a massage and health centre! Definitely avoid this place!

Eau de Rip Off
Sep 2015 • Solo
Do NOT buy vouchers from this place. They have a ridiculously short redemption period and if you miss it by as little as a month they take your money (or my children's money in this case) and give you nothing. Wouldn't even consider a compromise. A brutal commercial transaction in their favour. I'm sure the practitioners don't benefit from it either. No sense of community or holistic approach to life. And they know I'm not the only victim. Disgraceful.

Pregnancy massage
Feb 2015 • Solo
I was given a voucher for a pregnancy massage for my birthday. It was the BEST gift! I had been suffering with very painful hips, and the treatment gave me so much relief. The massage therapist was so kind and gave me really helpful pregnancy advice. I felt so relaxed when I left. The staff are really welcoming, offering you tea or water as you arrive. I'm booked in for another treatment before baby is due and I can't wait!
