Not just for posh punts... they hire out rowing boats and canoes too. Great friendly team in an idyllic setting. Half an hour downstream to university parks and the scenic boundaries of Marston or half an hour up stream to the Vicky Arms for refreshments...More

Two hours punting from Chertwell Boathouse, where I first punted 52 years ago. River has not changed and excellent snacks available (to take on punt) if you haven't time for the great restaurant (next time). Trip down memory lane could have been ruined when I...More

Punting on the river at Oxford has to be done if you have the time and tbis is as good as any of the other locations. However punting is a skill and it's rather difficult until you get the hang of it! Whilst not cheap...More

I came here with my friend, we hired a rowing boat as they are much easier to navigate than punts! It was around £18 an hour, which we thought was good value between the two of us. We had so much fun, didn't stop laughing,...More

Vibey yet intimate and not too many seats- perhaps 50. Excellent food, service and ambiance. Very nice setting, the food is not cheap but a stunning overall experience. I would recommend.

This is the perfect way to spend a fine summer afternoon in Oxford. We always take visiting family to do this and we tend to just punt along to the Victoria Arms for a drink and then back again to the boathouse in time for...More
