Pop into this very pretty College grounds for a relaxing stroll.
Right on the Main Street through Oxford, it’s like walking into a whole different, quiet world.
For a few pounds each to visit I would recommend making a few minutes to pop in here.
Situated on Broad Street, and next to Balliol College, Trinity College is well worth a visit and the small admission charge (£3 adults £2 concessions). It was founded in 1555 by Sir Thomas Pope on land that was home to Benedictine monks from Durham Cathedral....More
We paid a few pounds each for the privilege of wandering around Trinity College's gardens. They were beautiful, far exceeding my expectations of what I might see. A peaceful respite from busy Broad Street and well worth the small price of admission.
We were lucky enough to be guests at trinity on a graduation day and it was first class. A beautiful college with great staff. A particular thanks to the porters lodge staff who were brilliant - incredibly helpful and accommodating.
Very special indeed.
We opted to visit this college after having seen it on the internet and its proximity to other sites. It was really worth paying a visit and the entrance fee is 3 GBP per adult and 2 GBP for students. They collect fee for infrastructure maintenance.
