Really enjoyed piecing together the history of this church with all it’s changes over time to its structure. Nice cafe opposite too with a garden.

We decided to pay a visit to the church before we left Burford and glad we did. Beautiful and full of history. Be sure to visit the tomb of Sir Lawrence Tanfield and his wife and son at the back of the church.

This church is 900 years old well worth a visit when you are in Burford. It has a mystic about it and a cemetery like most old churches in the UK.
