I visited here with 2 of my boys during the school holidays

On arrival I couldn't pay at the front desk which I found quite an inconvenience, but was told to pay online.

Paid, booked and completed my waivers and was given a wrist band.

We made our way into the giant inflatable park and was pleased to see free lockers to use.

We all had fun playing tag on the inflatables, personally I got bored but I am 39! My boys loved it and said 10/10 and that's what matters right, so my review reflects their opinions as they had a great time and would come back.

It was very very hot inside so my tip would be to wear something very light, I had gym leggings and an Adidas top on (so not a wooly jumper and jeans)

We got drinks to cool us down which were priced as you would expect for somewhere like here.

My boys loved it

I booked a tots session and took my grandson who is almost 5 years old. Took him in the tots zone first and then we spent most of our time in the main area and had lots of fun, we bounced, ran, climbed, jumped and laughed a lot. We met Spider-Man and Batman (members of staff dress up - nice touch).

It was reasonably clean, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. My only criticism is there were several 'dads' and older/big children who were bouncing very hard and running in the 'wrong' direction making it uncomfortable for the younger children

Went here today but we'd made a genuine mistake with the booking and book an extra 2 children on for 2hrs. I asked if I would get a refund for the additional children but was told I wouldn't get one. I didn't even get offered to move the booking to another date or a credit note. The staff member even acknowledged that the website doesn't update correctly if you amend a booking which is what had happened on this occasion.
Whilst the actual place itself is great, the refund policy needs updating.

So me and my friend decided we would go on a Monday for Planet Tots, my friend booked it all online and we got there for when our session time begun. We came from Leicester so took us around 45 minutes ish. When we got there, the check in was at the cafe and the queue was long which was already eating into our session time.

The lady in front of us hadn’t booked and was told quite rudely by the lady that it was fully booked and she would have to wait to see if anyone didn’t turn up. Anyway, my friend checks in to be told there is only one adult on our booking baring in mind we have 2 17 month olds with us. We were very confused but asked whether we could just book another adult on to be told “Nope fully booked”. I said surely not? Apparently it’s Health and Safety. Surely letting one adult on with two crazy 17 months olds is breaching Health and Safety, Jesus. So me and my friend were discussing what to do whilst the woman was just rudely tutting and rolling her eyes at us. “Do you want to go on then or not?” She said to us so I turned round and said “you know what, we will have our money back” so she slammed opened the till and practically chucked the money back at us.

After that, in-front of our faces she told another member of staff to tell the family in front they could go on because “these” aren’t whilst pointing at us. The booking confusion might well be our fault but there was no need for such a rude customer experience. We travelled 45 minutes there and back and ended up going to ‘Flip Out’ in Leicester which I HIGHLY recommend. Will not be returning purely because of the rude lady.

I visited planet bounce with my nephew and friends and their children and turns out I’d booked the wrong day which is obviously my mistake. I was told that I wouldn’t be allowed in as the venue was at capacity so I asked if I could speak to the manager as I didn’t want my nephew to miss out.

The manager strutted over to me and I asked if there was any way my nephew could be let in, my friend even said he could have her space and he said no to that as well. As I was speaking to him literally pleading to make an exception and saying I would pay again he was laughing at me saying it wasn’t his problem it was my own fault. I asked for my money back and was again told I wasn’t entitled to one. I literally burst into tears because I felt so bad for my nephew missing out and the manager didn’t care. He continued to shout and tell me I had an attitude and my friends kids were scared.

We had to leave with no refund, I was crying and my poor two year old nephew was so disappointed. My sister called to complain and the manager would only give his own email address for us to complain to (as if he didn’t want anyone to see my complaint) he was rude on the phone to my sister and then refused to talk to her anymore.

I was totally disgusted by this experience and yes the booking was my mistake but I did not deserve to leave this place crying and feeling so belittled. Would not recommend you going here unless you want to be treated like something off the bottom of a shoe.

Me and my son were so excited to join the tots group for under 4’s he loves jumping so thought this was perfect. We travelled about an hour to get there and had a little tantrum getting out of the car! after calming down we were about 10 mins late for the session that started at 10am. Being willing to pay full price for the hour for the remainder of the session we were refused and told to book onto the next session (which was for all ages) as my son is only 2 I didn’t feel that would be a great experience at all!

Felt really let down by the experience and feel like the team are lacking basic customer service skills and have little empathy for entertaining toddlers!!! They were abrupt and very unhelpful! Stating that the toll wouldn’t allow a booking past the session start time!

We had to go find somewhere else to go and I’d be reluctant to go back! I also got intouch the same day and disappointed to have not heard anything back! Not even an acknowledgement!

After adopting 3 years ago, I have visited Planet Bounce at least ten times. This is perfect way to kill an hour, burn some calories and improve your little ones balance, with plenty of laughter!

We hosted a 7 year old party here last year, which included everything you needed, so all you had to do was ensure each kid got a hot dog, perfect.

The staff are very hard working, and offer a selection of food and drinks perfect for younger kids too.

There are adult sessions if you fancy a fun bouncy hour too!

PS, my son's glasses are probably STILL in the ball pit!

Booked to take our 2 children (both on full price tickets) to bounce which we had booked that morning. This is a venue we have been to a number of times before and never had an issue. On this occasion they refused to let one of our children bounce without us purchasing a further ticket to supervise them. Whilst we have no issue supervising the children we have never been asked to purchase extra tickets before, especially given we have already had to pay full price for the children. Their terms and conditions state an adult has to supervise but it does not state that adult has to purchase a further ticket in order to do so. As a result they refused entry to my children and then refused a refund, firstly as we hadn't given 2 weeks notice (not possible when we booked the same day) then secondly by saying we had refused to supervise the children which we had not. Looking at recent reviews and local press articles I can see there are a number of the same reviews so this is clearly an issue.
My advise would be to go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company.
We have literally spent hundreds of pounds at planet bounce over the last few years but I won't be spending a penny more there now!

Visited here today with my 21 month old and her cousins for the first time and we absolutely loved it!!! It was a tots session we attended so suitable for younger children. Under 5's have their own dedicated area with a slide and ballpit away, but we spent most of the time in the bigger area. There were climbing walls, slides, a huge ball pit and a giant obstacle course so plenty to do in your hour slot. Everything was clean and well maintained plus with the addition of staff members positioned by the entrance it felt very safe as well. We'll definitely be going back soon!

Very disappointing visit today. This place is not suitable for ‘all ages’, at least not all at the same time. I’d say it’s only suitable for probably under 10 year olds. Our group of 15/16 year olds went and the staff very rudely stopped them from going on any of the obstacles. They were told to ‘get off’ to allow the hoards of small children on them. Toddlers were in the main area instead of in their own designated under 5’s area. The place was overcrowded. Nobody was being called off at the end of their session. It was chaotic. The teenagers were not misbehaving, they even helped some of the younger children who seemed to be on without any adult supervision. A complaint was made and the staff spoken to, however, this just seemed to annoy them and they spent the rest of the session scowling and pointing. The whole experience was totally unenjoyable. I understand that the staff didn’t want the younger children to get hurt (though this group of teens were sensible enough not to bounce on young children!), but If they don’t want teens on then don’t take the booking!
