Plane Bounce awful experience
Apr 2021 • Family
I visited planet bounce with my nephew and friends and their children and turns out I’d booked the wrong day which is obviously my mistake. I was told that I wouldn’t be allowed in as the venue was at capacity so I asked if I could speak to the manager as I didn’t want my nephew to miss out.

The manager strutted over to me and I asked if there was any way my nephew could be let in, my friend even said he could have her space and he said no to that as well. As I was speaking to him literally pleading to make an exception and saying I would pay again he was laughing at me saying it wasn’t his problem it was my own fault. I asked for my money back and was again told I wasn’t entitled to one. I literally burst into tears because I felt so bad for my nephew missing out and the manager didn’t care. He continued to shout and tell me I had an attitude and my friends kids were scared.

We had to leave with no refund, I was crying and my poor two year old nephew was so disappointed. My sister called to complain and the manager would only give his own email address for us to complain to (as if he didn’t want anyone to see my complaint) he was rude on the phone to my sister and then refused to talk to her anymore.

I was totally disgusted by this experience and yes the booking was my mistake but I did not deserve to leave this place crying and feeling so belittled. Would not recommend you going here unless you want to be treated like something off the bottom of a shoe.

Came here last Saturday and had a great time with my little boy! The place was well managed, plenty of hand sanitiser around and check in was really quick and easy! Lots of social distancing around the cafe/locker areas. The bouncy castle area was quiet hardly any people on so plenty of space to keep your distance from others! We had lots of fun! Will be coming back again soon!

Was Ok

Visited at half term. Venue was packed solid, wait times for gauntlet were silly, not enough lockers available for amount of people. Daughter enjoyed for maybe an hour but quickly bored. Was better as a trampoline venue rather than inflatable

Children’s hour of fun

My two grandchildren had a great hour of play here. Refreshments available and watched from viewing area with one entry and exit to the bounce area.

Family day out
Mar 2020 • Family
Terrible service, rude management, short patience from staff, dirty toilets that smell. Only had one member of staff looking like they were actually paying attention and willing to help me and my Children. I believe his name was Aidan. So a big thanks to him for making my kids happy and comfortable on our visit on 29th of February. Shame all the other staff aren't like him.

Rude customer service!!

So me and my friend decided we would go on a Monday for Planet Tots, my friend booked it all online and we got there for when our session time begun. We came from Leicester so took us around 45 minutes ish. When we got there, the check in was at the cafe and the queue was long which was already eating into our session time.

The lady in front of us hadn’t booked and was told quite rudely by the lady that it was fully booked and she would have to wait to see if anyone didn’t turn up. Anyway, my friend checks in to be told there is only one adult on our booking baring in mind we have 2 17 month olds with us. We were very confused but asked whether we could just book another adult on to be told “Nope fully booked”. I said surely not? Apparently it’s Health and Safety. Surely letting one adult on with two crazy 17 months olds is breaching Health and Safety, Jesus. So me and my friend were discussing what to do whilst the woman was just rudely tutting and rolling her eyes at us. “Do you want to go on then or not?” She said to us so I turned round and said “you know what, we will have our money back” so she slammed opened the till and practically chucked the money back at us.

After that, in-front of our faces she told another member of staff to tell the family in front they could go on because “these” aren’t whilst pointing at us. The booking confusion might well be our fault but there was no need for such a rude customer experience. We travelled 45 minutes there and back and ended up going to ‘Flip Out’ in Leicester which I HIGHLY recommend. Will not be returning purely because of the rude lady.

No good for children with additional needs
Feb 2020 • Family
I didn’t realise this place had changed from trampolines to inflatable everything.
I thought I’d give it a go but my son has Dyspraxia and joint hypermobility and this was no good for him.
When he did try to do things at his own pace he got shouted at by other kids to hurry - not many staff around and no grips and stuff to help him up the ladders easier etc.
This is not necessarily the places fault just our experience so we won’t be coming back here
