I have to admit I was not overly excited to visit the store but was very impressed. We at lunch at the pub which was satisfactory and the did the tour and walked around the shop. My husband was ecstatic to be there so that's all that really mattered :)

Popped up for some support battery as they don't sell them in the shops and I needed them for a game and do know what its a huge place who would have thought. I stayed long enough to have a wonder round the museum here (only wanted to see the Eldar) but what a lovely collection of models they have... More

Quite positive. Real shame at the lack of female models, they have reduced their already limited number even further. But the new layout of the shop is good and the staff are their usual almost too friendly selves. Delighted they had the main things we wanted in stock and could order us the rest for no shipping costs.

Considering I live around an hour away from this place, I visit here a LOT! The staff are very friendly, upon entering you are welcomed by a vast sea of gaming tables with a variety of games being played. The shops there offer anything and everything that you could want hobby-wise and the new exhibit is truly breathtaking to any... More

Regular visitor to Warhammer World both playing games and shopping. The kids love to to visit as well (the Hall of Miniatures and the VERY impressive dioramas are a particular favourite of theirs) and we regularly stop in at Bugmans for a bite to eat and drink. The kids have insisted on dragging along their mum and grandparents who are... More

Games Workshop has finally crossed the line for me. Commercial interests have won. This is no longer a place to enjoy your hobby. It's out to screw every last penny it can from you. Pity

How I love bringing the family to Warhammer World! Our boys like Warhammer, so it's their perfect day out... But also, like many "vaguely interested" parents, I enjoy a day of chilled-out reading and dozing in the excellent Bugman's Bar, ensconced on the comfy sofas :-) The food and drink are good, too. And the staff are, without exception, pleasant... More

Been many a time for games in the gaming hall. Bugman's Bar is a great place to get a meal after the day with good food at a reasonable price (especially the build your own burger)

Staff are always helpful and welcome everyone on entry. Since the new design to the front of the place, it's become a lot easier to see the new releases at first glance. This has left more room for gaming tables, and having Forge World and Black library too - has made my visits last over an hour even time I... More

I am a keen model maker / painter, so decided to visit, the staff are extremely helpful and very knowledgable on the subject, within the building is a cafe, Games Workshop store, Forge World store and the Black Library; I bought my self a book and settled down in the cafe, only had a coffee and cake but there was...
