Lovely theatre

Went in my induction week for university. It was a huge theatre & perfect for shows. As I'm exited to go another time for real show now.

It's not been refurbished it's been ruined and it's personality removed in the bar area and the prices for drinks are extortionate, pint of beer and glass of wine £13 plus shameful.

My friend and I went to this theatre to see Million Dollar Quartet. The show was excellent. The guys put 110% into it. The theatre transports you back into the 1920's. It is stunning. So old fashioned in decor and furnishings. Inside the auditorium and outside. The only down side is there is very little room for your legs. A... More

I have been to see many performances here and both venues are amazing, great refreshments- bit pricey and lovely waiting areas. Seats are very nice offering good views from most areas at reasonable prices and parking just 2 minutes away next to TK Max

We visited the Theatre Royal to see Million Dollar Quartet. The show was amazing, with fantastic singing, acting and performances. I also fell in love with the quaintness of the theatre! This theatre is not the largest - which is great, because you have a good view of the stage on every floor - it feels a very familiar and... More

I've been to both the Theatre Royal and the Royal Concert Hall. Both venues are brilliant. The theatre is much more aesthetically pleasing and is very ornate, I went to see Aladdin in 3D there, there doesn't appear to be a bad seat in the theatre. The Royal Concert Hall I have frequented more often and more recently. I went... More

I recently visited the concert hall for the second time to watch 'The Billy Fury Story'. I had an excellent time as usual, the concert hall is big enough to hold a sufficient amount of people but not too big you feel lost and that's what I like about it. Getting in and out is much easier than going to... More

Visited the royal concert hall to see The Magic of Motown. The theatre was clean and very well attended. But having a seat in the upper stalls led to a distinct sense of vertigo. If you suffer from heights stick to the ground floor levels. The sound quality at this height wasn't too good. And as the theatre was packed... More

A very good option was to park in the Trinity multi storey car park, less than 10 mins walk away. The Concert Hall was spacious, clean and tidy, with helpful staff. An impressive main hall. We sat in the "Gods" to watch this UKBFF British Championships, which has come to Nottingham for over approx.17 years. An excellent venue for such... More
