A gem under a shopping centre! The audio tour is brilliant and explains in great detail along the way. It’s fascinating to hear about the different parts of the cave. The staff are incredibly friendly and very knowledgable. The only little thing I would say was the audio tour hadn’t fully downloaded and let us down at the air raid shelter. It would be nice to have some signs up explaining what the audio tour says-to help if it does go. I know there were signs but parts of it like the basements didn’t have a lot of information. …

Really nice experience! The audio guide was really well made and had lots of informative content. The navigation was made easy with it too. It does not take more than 40 minutes to complete the tour using the guide.

Really well done. We were advised to download the audio guide and this worked well. The experience gave a fascinating insight into lives past and the exhibits are well displayed and described. It’s like experiencing a whole other world and time. We had no idea this underground lifestyle existed in Nottingham. Well worth 45-60 minutes of your time getting to know the nuances of this lovely historic city.…
