Easily the best shisha in Nottingham. The manager Sid always welcomes me with a professional and welcoming manner, never have I come and experienced anything negative. The shisha is always on point, the staff are always attentive to your needs whenever you need them. The vibe is brilliant - Factory shisha lounge, a must to go to for all shisha fanatics

Brilliant shisha and service

I have been coming to this shisha cafe for the past few years. The shisha in factory are unique and something special. I tried shisha everywhere else and no where comes close to the level of service or taste you will find here. The manager Sid is welcoming and incredibly helpful, not only offering advice on best flavours but giving very impressive value for money. The rest of the staff are also great, as is the quality and variety of food and drinks served.

I came to factory on wednesday. I was greeted by the manager. For a wednesday night the lounge was busy. I was shown my seat and recommended blue pink tangerine shisha. I could honestly say this was the best shisha i ever had. Words would not do justice to it. It was truly amazing. Also the manager and the staff made me feel very welcoming and the service was very good. Would defo come again

Great experience every time

Great hospitality by all staff members every time I come with friends, especially the manager Sid who is lovely and really attentive! Shisha is always great and smokes for a decent amount of time.

Not a lot of shisha places will let you experiment with mixing flavours but The Factory are great with this. We've experimented and found a great number of shisha flavours, namely blue mist, pink mist & orange and paan mint & Apple both of which are now our favourites. Environment is chilled and laid back.

Shisha paradise

came on a business trip. I tried the shisha paan and guva. The shisha was the best shisha i ever had. I have travelled all over the world and nothing beats factory shisha. The asian manager was very helpful and the staff very polite. I would highly recommend factory. Well done lads keep the good work up. Definitely will be visiting again.

Been here a few times since starting uni and can't fault it. Good customer service with a mature atmosphere. Will defo go again. Manager is defo faultless. Sorted sheesha out and ensured we had everything. (Sidd) I think his name was.

Simply the best shisha

I come to factory regularly, the best shisha in uk! Service is always on point, great staff as well! Food is good and shishas the best I've had (been to majority of the places in Bradford/Manchester and London!) factory is simply the best

Absolutely amazing time here! shisha flavours on point and friendly staff that are always happy to help! Food is really good and great milkshakes!!

Had an amazing time here, great chilled atmosphere.

Great shisha great atmosphere

I came from London on Thursday ordered irn bru. The factories irn bru shisha was the best irn bru shisha I had. I smoked irn bru all over uk but the factory irn bru was on a different level. The service I received from the Asian waiter was very good. Made me feel very welcome and I would defiinately reccomend this place. I would defiinately come again.
