    Absolutely fabulous!
I have taken my daughter here three times now and it is a firm favourite. It is so much fun with a real variety of climbing walls for different levels of ability. The staff are so friendly as soon as you walk in and took time to speak to my little girl and ask her if she had been before etc. I also really like the way that they make sure you get your full hour climbing by doing the safety talk and clipping before you start. The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly and could not be more helpful. There is a great ratio of staff:climbers so that there is always someone nearby if you can’t click in or out. The lady couldn’t do enough to help, support and encourage my little girl. It has been so nice to see her progress since she has been coming here. We started off with her being able to reach the top of one wall and now she can reach the top of 4 or 5. Special shout-out to the guy who was doing the stairway to heaven on the day we went. He was so patient and supportive with my little one; encouraging but not pressured and she managed to reach the top! Other things we really like is how clean and well maintained the place is; clean toilets, good parking and overall a fabulous trip out. Cannot recommend this enough!

    Amazing place. Even better staff.
Such an amazing place to go with the kids. My son really struggles with confidence and heights so we’ve taken him twice in the last 5 days to help him get ready for a birthday party he’s been invited to here and WOW the staff are incredible. Noticing he was struggling Maisie and (guy in the hat) worked really hard with him to help encourage him to move up the walls and feel comfortable jumping. They showed so much kindness and worked hard to make sure it was a fun and an enjoyable experience for him. I can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic place with an amazing team
We absolutely love clip n climb. My son has been going weekly since September to try to work on his fear of heights. The staff have been amazing, so supportive and encouraging of him without being at all pushy. My sons gone from only able to climb to shoulder height and climbing down never abseiling to now reaching the top of a couple of walls and really growing confidence letting go for the descent. Wonderful place with a really fantastic team. Highly recommend

Excellent. Really enjoyed it. Friendly staff.
Our first visit, and it was worth the 2 hour round trip. I used to do a little bit of outdoor rock climbing many years ago and to be honest, I didn't expect much, but I found plenty to challenge me. There is something for everyone. My four year old grandson was able to reach the top of some features, and I found a couple very difficult. The equipment is good and the safety system is very well thought out. Good safety briefing, and all of the staff were very kind and attentive. 4 year old got a bit overwhelmed when he was tired, and one of the attendants was lovely with him. This morning, he was asking if we could go back today! We certainly will go back. I might even go alone to try some of the harder features and the "leap of faith".

My daughter had her 9th birthday party here today and everyone had a fantastic time. From the moment we walked in we felt completely confident that everything was in hand and we were welcomed warmly. Every member of staff was brilliant with the kids and we’re so approachable when we needed help. The food was great quality and the party was definitely good value for money. Thank you everyone for helping make some wonderful memories!

We visited for the first time today and had a great time.
Coffee was lovely and I loved the cake portion size!!!
All the staff were so supportive and encouraging. Special thanks to Maisie who rescued my daughter from the top of the leap of faith. She gave a very scared little girl the confidence to actually jump off. Many thanks she was so proud of herself.

Absolutely wonderful!! We visited on Bank Holiday, expecting it to be crazy busy - but thanks to the booking system meant it was controlled and we had space. I booked the later session in the day on purpose and the it really was best decision. I can't thank the staff enough. My daughter is autistic and they were amazing with her when she wanted to do the 'Leap of Faith'. The concise explanations coupled with the reassurance meant she was able to make the jump. She was so happy!! I can't praise the staff enough for their amazing attitude, encouragement, enthusiasm and kindness. My daughter said it's somewhere she feels she can be herself and no-one minds. The coffee is pretty good too!!

AAAAA++++
we have been a few times and always have a AMAZING time.
I told the instructors about my sons autism and they encouraged him so much and built up his confidence, he wanted to show everyone how high he could climb.
Thankyou so much to you all, my sons Brooklyn and Joseph had the best time. See you all again soon.

Firstly I would like to thank the reception staff and the people who help the children in the climbing facility absolutely amazing!
The one star is purely for bad management, poor kitchen and young ones stood in the cafe clueless. Try training the staff, food order wrong food order mixed up to be told we cook fresh, it's a hotdogs out of a tin it's not fresh. The wait is because you didn't order until a certain time no I ordered 20mins earlier than that to be told we cook in order of how easy it is..... such bad lies from a manager, who came out the kitchen dirty apron, you have people cooking in the kitchen no hats or hair nets simple hygiene standards clearly aren't been met. We won't be back to this one

I decided to do this as an xmas gift for my 8 year old grandson. As I live in London I emailed them to see if they could help sort some vouchers in time for xmas via post, which they did without hesitation.

My grandson got to use his voucher today and he left me a very excited voice message...... 'Nani I had fun at the rock climbing. It was scary at first when I jumped down as I thought I was gonna crash down to the floor..oh my god I was so scared, but then after a while I got use to it and it started to be a lot of fun and hot as well...." He is also keep to go again.

There is a viewing area where my daughter was able to sit with her 6 month old baby. They had a fabulous day so thank you for making this possible in the first place.

My 4 year old daughter loves it here! Perfect for younger and older children. We used to attend the toddler session but that was abit more restricted to weekend early mornings. The staff are friendly and helpful, there is a variation of climbing walls with different levels of difficulty and it is also clean. You get a half hour safety brief and an hours climb. There is seating up and down stairs where you can watch and the food is reasonably priced and varied. There is free parking outside the climbing center. Fantastic place, see you again soon!

Whenever we go to Clip n Climb Nottingham, we always have an amazing time and all team members are friendly and helpful, with the lady at the reception being the first friendly, smiley face everyone sees.

They can handle busy birthday parties really well and look after all the kids, but my favourites are quieter times when parents can join the fun too.

A special shout out goes to Maisy who did her best to make our hour of climbing so much fun to all members of our party with different experience and climbing ability, we all felt we had an amazing time (the grown up included).

We used the climb and dine sessions and the kids appreciated the food after climbing very much.

This place is quite honestly the best place we have ever taken our children.
Our 9 year old daughter has ASD, but loves being active. You would think a colourful, busy place like this wouldn’t work for her, but we couldn’t have been more wrong, she loves it every time.

The climbing walls themselves are fantastic and varied, and the venue clean and spacious. The food is of excellent standard.
The thing that makes this place as special as it is though, is the staff. Each and every one of the staff here are friendly, and go above and beyond to help you and your children. They seem happy, and eager to help and clearly appear to love their jobs. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are the reason we return with our 2 children on a regular basis, despite a new climbing venue recently opening closer to home.

Our daughter chose to celebrate her birthday here, and opted rather than a party package with lots of children, to invite 5 friends to a climb and dine package instead. This package is amazing value for money, and the children had the best time. The food came out soon after they’d finished climbing and was of excellent quality and the choice was plentiful.
Once again the staff were always on hand to help with the children, and got to know their names, gave advice, and the children never had to wait more than a few seconds for assistance if we were busy helping one of their friends.

We have seen many familiar faces in the 4-5 times we have visited in the last 6 months and a big thank you to all of those friendly helpful staff because you truly are the ones that make the experience so special.
Thank you!!!

What an amazing experience for our two grand-daughters during half-term. We always try to find a new activity for them during school holidays and Clip n Climb has just rocketed to the top of their favourite experiences. What I particularly liked was the fact that numbers are restricted so that at any time there was always a different wall available for them to climb. The staff are incredibly helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We also ate in the cafeteria and whilst a little concerned at the delay in receiving our food this was totally understandable when we realised that the pizzas once delivered were clearly freshly cooked to order and tasted delicious. Can highly recommend.
