We spoke about many cocktails. Throughout my time there I had had 5 cocktails that Charlotte had recommended to suit my taste, she fit in very well I definitely recommend hitting this place up! Not only can they mix Great cocktails, the customer service is superb! Every interaction i had with each of the staff was positive & welcoming. Charlotte even bought us over a free drink which was lovely. The energy is high & i can only imagine it gets even better later on in the evening. The place is just such a Vibe! A group of 6 for a hen party, It exceeded any and all expectations, we had so much fun laughing the whole time, the cocktails were delicious and all the staff had so much energy! There were tips, tricks and some games thrown in which were hilarious. The bar had a great atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble for them, they really helped make our night! So grateful to Sophie, Jen and the rest of the crew. I wouldn't even rate 'All Bar One' a single star. After experiencing an appalling incident during my recent visit, I'm not surprised by the negative reviews, and I hope others take heed before choosing this venue in Nottingham.
The night took a turn for the worse when, out of the three door staff supposedly checking IDs and bags, only one was doing their job, while the other two casually chatted away. Given the cold weather and a sizable group waiting, I politely asked if they could expedite the process by checking our IDs and bags simultaneously. Shockingly, the response was, "No, and if you don't like it, then f* off elsewhere." I received a refusal for entry later, citing a 'bad attitude' stemming from my initial request.
To make matters worse, the door staff denied entry to others based on their appearance. They even accused my friend of being on drugs because she appeared too happy, despite her explaining that she was simply enjoying a day out away from her three children.
The discriminatory behavior reached its peak when my friend, attempting to inform the rest of our party about our decision to leave, was threatened with restraint by the same bouncer who had refused to show us his badge number.
As if that wasn't enough, my friends who did manage to get inside reported an unpleasant stench. This establishment's treatment of patrons, discriminatory actions, and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. I sincerely hope this review serves as a warning to those considering 'All Bar One' as a venue in Nottingham.

Upon arriving at the bar, the bouncer was very rude and passive aggressive. He was very judgemental of peoples outfits. A member of our party was wearing stone island and was told to remove the badge (understandable, however he is no trouble and was causing no rif raff whatsoever, nor does he look the type, he just had a stone island on)and in a nutshell said if we didn't like the rules then we should leave. He then looked at his driving licence and said his name out loud and passive aggressively said "hmm interesting" and handed it back. If the drinks inside was actually served in glasses and not plastic I could be a bit more understanding of such strict entry policies. There was a boy on the dance floor in a suit with an ego and wolf whistling at girls walking past, but I don't think he said anything to him. The bouncer came to the table was was looking us all up and down and said "you better not be vaping, it's not allowed" none of the party vape. He put a total downer on our NYE outing, and if I wasn't to be charged £100 for not committing to the booking I totally would not have come in! I will NOT be returning to this premises!!!!

Hi Ella, we're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience while choosing to party with us this NYE. Our security enforce the dress code we set regardless of a persons character to provide fair, un-bias and equal entry for everybody that chooses to come to our doors and we use polycarbonate glassware throughout our busier sessions to ensure the extended safety of everyone on our premises, regardless of this.

Absolutely packed. Prior to entering our bags were checked by security but they weren't keeping a log of numbers. No exaggeration, we were packed in like sardines. We managed to get to the bar, but had we got a drink, it would have split as it was so rammed. We left. When I mentioned to the security how unsafe it was due to how many people there were inside, he was very rude. If there had been an emergency inside, I dread to think how many people would have been hurt.

Drinking in here for 3 hours then suddenly switch to run and Coke and bartender says “it’s on the menu, so you have to pay”. Why not mention briefly when we order? Would have been cheaper to buy two cocktails on 241. Massively disappointing customer service.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback, we do advertise all our prices online and have a price list displayed in the venue. Our happy hours on a Saturday are until 6pm, which are also advertised online. I appreciate where you're coming from, however, considering how busy we are on a weekend it wouldn't be plausible to double check with every guest if they're 'happy' with the price after the drinks have been made.
We offer Appi hours on our Be At One app, where you can get an extra hour of happy hour Sunday to Friday, which act as an extension of our branded happy hour sessions 7 days a week, we feel like there are plenty of opportunities to take advantage of a great offer!

Brilliant night out and a massive choice of cocktails to suit all tastes. The lads behind bar dancing on the fridges and throwing ice over everyone making a lovely happy atmosphere. Will definitely be coming again on our next night out.

Me and my partner went in for a few cocktails on Sunday evening. And quite honestly it’s the cleanest bar I’ve ever been in. It wasn’t overly busy so they were taking all the bottles off of the back, cleaning them down and replacing the lids. The staff were attentive and worked well on giving excellent recommendations for cocktails. We will definitely be visiting again.
The staff were Rhys, Jamie and Abi. These guys definitely deserve some recognition!

Staff are wonderful, attentive and friendly. Our bartender Matt was a master of his craft and our server Sean was very welcoming and had great rapport with us.
One of our favourite places as locals so absolutely must give the place a go if you're visiting.

Would not recommend this.
The drinks are an absolute fortune and the staff are rude.
It’s okay for people to dance (against covid rules) yet the sleezy bar man wouldn’t let me sit on an unattended chair opposite my table. Then as soon as I question this he brings his manager over.
Absolute waste of time - I wouldn’t bother coming here.

Honestly, what a lovely experience.
I was greeted by the wonderful Corey, who was so friendly and welcoming.
Rhys recommended the rasbeery (I think that was what it was called) and it was phenomenal, props to Matt for swift service too.
The atmosphere was amazing, it was so lovely to be back out and in a lively environment again.
It was a shame about the two girls that were so unbelievably rude to the doormen for no reason, but you cant judge a venue on two entitled, impolite individuals. Also, the doormen handled the situation so well, which was really lovely to see.
Definitely will be returning.

We visited Be At One for some late night drinks. When we arrived we were swiftly taken to a table (however groups larger than 4 were turned away) and we were advised to order on the app which we said was no problem at all. They were making everybody do track and trace before they entered which I thought was very good. We sat down and ordered our cocktails on the app. We then saw half an hour later that the table behind got their drinks within 5 minutes and we decided to ask somebody. They apologised and our drinks to us as quickly as they could afterwards. I imagine
the app may not communicate to the staff very well hence they did not have our order. We realised later on that some staff were approaching tables and taking orders and this was clearly the way to get your drinks swiftly. The bar had signs to say no service however we saw several people being served at the bar regardless when others were sat at their tables waiting for their orders. The one way system was not clear nor explained when sitting at the table so when it came to going to the toilet or exiting etc people weren’t sure which way to go and staff were quick to confront people going the wrong way and being quite rude at times when people didn’t realise the system. Drinks on the positive side were lovely and the music was great.

Hi there, when I have been in the bar, it's mainly current chart music with a little bit of old school 80's/90's songs - I think it's certainly worth a visit - it has a great atmosphere in there. I hope this helps

We play a range of music to suit all age ranges - from chart to 80's we pride ourselves on our atmosphere so we tailor it to suit our guests! We love to play music you can sing along to and get up and dance to if you wish to do so :)
