Absolutely packed. Prior to entering our bags were checked by security but they weren't keeping a log of numbers. No exaggeration, we were packed in like sardines. We managed to get to the bar, but had we got a drink, it would have split as it was so rammed. We left. When I mentioned to the security how unsafe it was due to how many people there were inside, he was very rude. If there had been an emergency inside, I dread to think how many people would have been hurt.

Drinking in here for 3 hours then suddenly switch to run and Coke and bartender says “it’s on the menu, so you have to pay”. Why not mention briefly when we order? Would have been cheaper to buy two cocktails on 241. Massively disappointing customer service.

I’ve only been to this place twice… 3 years apart because the first time the barman was so rude to myself and my friend I said I’d never go back, however we were on a work’s function and ended up there. After our company spent nearly £500 on drinks a staff member agin turned incredibly rude and actually swore at us. There is arrogance beyond belief behind that bar. Certainly won’t be paying a third visit there.
