Really nice bar food in the Casino yesterday. It was great to be able to relax and eat but also have fun things to do, like play roulette. Very nice helpful staff. Looking forward to when the main restaurant opens again.

This casino is very nice, membership is required and it has a more upmarket feel than Aspers! The restaurant looks lovely, would like to try it next time.

This is the second time we have eaten here,we were a group of 5, didn't have to wait long, made the mistake of ordering far too much food as thought the 3 for £10 dishes would be small like starters but they weren't! The cheese jalapeños were especially nice. My main scampi was perfect and the burgers went down very well . Definitely recommend to eat here as well as gambling!

Very confusing when ordering food as was informed that menu was on table. Ordered a burger at £9.95 to then be charged £18.95 and chicken wings at £5.50 from menu but charged £7.00. When questioned after payment we were informed that the prices had been taken from another menu that wasn’t even displayed on the table! I asked Alex to speak to his manager which he did not do!!! Very disappointed! In customer service !!!

An excellent casino . I have been a member for years, extremely classy and welcoming as always. Beautiful interior. A lot of friendly players, some great banter and laughs, great dealers and the management are top notch, especially Daria, Paul and Tom.
Always nice atmosphere with music. Never had issue getting drinks or a place on the tables/slots. Unfortunately, I wont able to come back
Over a month ago I met a slot hostess Milly in the town center. She was a little bit tipsy. She questioned me in the front of my Muslim mother in law. Why have I not been in the casino for a while?
Outcome of that friendly question.
a. broken marriage
b. I had to move out of my house
c. I am on very strong antidepressants
She also told me stay away from Aspers....

We came here after an afternoon touring the Red Bull F1 factory, and had a 3 course meal and drinks. From the moment we signed in we were treated very very well, nothing was to much trouble, the meal was amazing.. (see pictures) the staff including the manager were spot on, friendly and joking with us at times! and the drinks were flowing to say the least! They genuinely went out of there way to make sure we had an amazing time here and I'd love to come back.

I love this casino. Cosy bar managed by lovely staff.
Wonderful staff , amazing ambiance , mood, security is strict and lots of variety.
Whole casino very well managed by amazing Managers.
Lots of fun and very chill dealers.
Good place spending weekends.
It's open until morning hours, which is a bonus if you want to stay out a bit longer.

Me and my wife regularly attended this casino and many other of the locations,
One night we attended and was refused entry and to this day we do not know why.

A very disappointing visit to what used to be an excellent, warm and friendly establishment. Reception staff very professional and the same for the staff at the bar. Sadly the whole experience was marred by the pit boss who shot a menacing glance at each and every customer as they walked through the doors. Myself included. I had only just arrived and could feel his glare as I withdrew money from the cash machine. Although I walked pretty much straight infront of him he maintained his unfriendly glare the full length of the casino following me with his eyes all the way to the bar. Eventually when I didn't feel like being intimidated any longer I shot a glance back that would see him retreat to his monitor for a few moments. Whilst gaming I was aware of him still staring as if to intimidate or showcase his ranking in the room. Like an overweight peacock with not enough feathers. I even saw him rudely step straight infront and practically ontop of another customer as he rushed to oversee a payout at the cashiers desk. She challenged him reminding him that he should have manners and say excuse me at least. He didn't even have the good grace or professionalism to apologise after nearly trampling the lady to death. This man is clearly an unpleasant ego in the casino. He greets no one, smiles at no one and enjoys intimidating guests. If this was my casino I would suggest that if he looked in on the pit monitor even 5% of the time he dedicates to staring down customer's there would be an improvement. He is bad for business and after decades of gaming at this casino I'm afraid I'll be off to one of its competitors. Oh and as a footnote... the chairs do not work. They are either all the way to the floor or all the way up. The lever doesn't work on most, the machines kept malfunctioning and then it wouldn't even produce a slip to cash out. Come on grosvenor surely you can do better than this!

Have been a regular customer of this casino for many, many years. Changed hands about three times now and got worse over the years. Since Paul, Donna, Piotr (Peter) left, the casino has gone down to rock bottom. When once we had an amazing alacarte menu to choose from all we get now is frozen aunt Bessie potatoes, no more rolls, just one slice of mini bread. (Extra money if you want more), limited choices and waffles & more waffles.Gone are the beautiful cotton serviettes instead now paperthin tissues. No gravy for the dry chicken? Was offered ketchup!!! Cost cutting to the extreme. What a shame. I spent many a good quiz night at this casino but it is a skeleton of what it used to be. The place used to be heaving with people. Tribute nights, murder mystery nights, piano player, etc. Loads of happy smiling staff now reduced to two if lucky. We as a group would rather pay ÂŁ15-ÂŁ16 per head and get some of the good food and variation back. Can see the restaurant closing down soon at this rate. People will stop going. It used to be one of my favourite eating places, not anymore. I have been such a loyal customer over 16 years+. Such a pity it has changed so much over the past year.
