I just wanted to take a few minutes to leave a review for The Hub. We visited today after reopening for the first time with my little girl. We had an amazing time! As you will know if you have been before the facilities are outstanding and just what children need at the moment

I have just recently been to a Birthday party for my friend's child and although we are facing a horrible time with the Corona virus the staff were doing an excellent job keeping things clean and continually cleaning for our peace of mind. Our party planner John was extremely

We took our 2 year old and I have to say best soft play I’ve been to. The toddler room is fantastic but the older kids soft play is great. My 2 year old could make it round with limited help from me and I could make it round (heavily pregnant with no problem) the role play

Thank you for taking the time to review your visit to Riverside Hub, it is very much appreciated. I was particularly pleased to read that you found us to be very clean. In these uncertain times our team are working really hard to keep the Hub clean, sanitised and safe. I do hope you can visit us again in the future (we have lots of new, exciting role-play areas to unveil shortly). Kind regards, Ellis Potter

Went to the riverside hub as halfway place to meet some friends with our kids (2 year olds and babies under 6m). We were so pleased that there was lots to do for the babies and the toddlers. None of the children were bored in the hours we were there as there are so many

Thank you for such a nice review of your visit. As you found out, we have loads to do for children (and adults!) of all ages. If ever you are passing by again, please do pop in and visit. We have lots more new play and sensory features being added over the next few weeks and months, so I do hope we can welcome you back again. Thanks again for taking the time out to review us. Kind regards, Ellis Potter

I am sorry to hear that your child has been unwell. You can be sure that Riverside Hub takes safety and hygiene extremely seriously. We probably spend more on cleaning than any other site in the country. Hundreds of hours every month are spent cleaning. Our cleaners are here (using commercial grade cleaning products) until the small hours of each morning, every day, ensuring that our premises are clean and safe. Over the last three weeks we have had many thousands of children come through our doors and enjoy our facilities. February half term is our busiest week of the year. In your review you mentioned "all these kids getting sick". Yourself, and one other person that reviewed us on Trip Advisor some weeks ago, are the only two people that have contacted us in a very long time to tell us their child has been unwell following a visit. It is extremely difficult to ascertain how these two children contracted the virus, but it is unlikely that they contracted it at Riverside Hub, as two children in many thousands is such a very small percentage. As I mentioned earlier, I do hope that your child makes a swift recovery. Kind regards, Ellis Potter
