This Waterstones has a really warm, exciting atmosphere to it. It's visually pleasing and I really appreciate the free toilet too. Nice details, love the smell of their books.

I always love to visit and browse a Waterstone's. The atmosphere is so relaxed and enjoying a hot chocolate as part of the experience really made it special

This a a great Waterstones, nicely laid out and easy to browse. I spent ages in here browsing all the books and gifts and getting ideas for Christmas presents.

Has been recently renovated and displays are lovely. Only downside was that the toilet was not nice at all.
