We enjoyed a tour with David who was very passionate and brimming with knowledge about York and many other places. Be prepared for a long walk though, perhaps it could have been a little bit shorter.

Very nice 2 hour tour. Excellent orientation to the city and it’s history. Guide, Ian, was excellent. Also, guide refused tips. The first truly free tour I’ve had in Europe.
