Tour was ok, quite relaxed and informative but very quick. Tour guide seemed so laid back he was almost horizontal and actually surprised by the cleanliness or lack of cleanliness as walked round the process. Not sure I’ll be drinking much beer from here.

We popped in on a Sunday afternoon and it was surprisingly quiet. Tested a couple of the beers and bought a selection of bottles to take home. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great evening drinking Centurion's Ghost which is a classy dark beer full of flavour in good surroundings within the brewery. If you love real ale and pubs then this is for you.

Bit of a late review, me and my boyfriend visited for his birthday weekend away. This was a very friendly and informative tour. It was a giggle and trying the 1/3 pints after was lovely. Brilliant way to spend a couple of hours

My husband and I turned up for the tour at 5pm. We were the only 2 on the tour as we were told they didn't think anyone else was going to turn up. We felt bad and said we don't have to have the tour...More

Sought out the York Brewery on a hot York day. Came for the tour but stayed instead for a couple of pints. Flo, behind the bar, couldn’t have been any nicer and helpful in sorting through the brews. One of the most relaxing and authentic...More

This is a small brewery, and there’s no bottling factory in it, but that only enhances the experience. There were a lot of people on this tour (3:30 on a Saturday), but the 5:00 tour only had 2. The guide was very informative and funny....More

A friendly and informative brewery tour - takes you through the basics and shows you pretty much the entire brewery. The tour includes 4 vouchers for 1/3 pint, and you can linger as long as you like in the brewery tap. Also, the shop has...More

Upon arrival I wasn’t sure what to make of the place as it just wasn’t what I expected! It looked tiny. Then again, the only tour I’ve been on before was the Heineken tour in Amsterdam, which is huge, so not a fair comparison! Our...More
