This is a great park, complete with a playground with plenty for kids to do, a skateboard park, tennis courts and even a table tennis table. The reason I've not given it a glowing review, however, is the growing problem with goose droppings. If you...More

After living in York for several years, I only found this park a month or so before I moved away and feel like I missed out. If you're ever walking down by the river take a detour through the park -- it's worth a look.

Beautiful park marred by POO. Great playground, lovely surrounding, but oh, the goose poo. It really is appalling and spoils enjoyment of this otherwise lovely park. There is a skate park, plenty of space for kids to runaround or ride bikes or scooters, and often...More

If you park in Hospital Fields (on a Saturday or Sunday) you can park on the road for free and access the park near the Millennium Bridge. Hope that helps.
