Great view of the seals - well priced trip

Did the 3.5 hr coastal cruise on the Summer Queen. At £15 per head and the dog came for free, thought it was good value for money. The boat took us along the coast south to... read more

Did the 3.5 hr coastal cruise on the Summer Queen. At £15 per head and the dog came for free, thought it was good value for money. The boat took us along the coast south to Ravenscar getting good views of Robin Hood's Bay on the way. At Ravenscar the boat got close to the seal colony. The engines were... More

My Girlfriend and I took a trip on the summer queen. It was really good and we do love the sea. The captain skillfully knew area and boat. We went to the seals who are resident further up the coast from Whitby. The captain kept the boat still for us while everyone took pictures and liked the seals. The seals seemed inquisitive... More

Went on a couple of these cruises over a long weekend on the Summer Queen (the bigger of the two ships), one with commentary and one without. Great price, great trip, but worth checking about commentary before setting off if you have a preference for wanting information or just taking in the views.

Enjoyed boating trip. About 25 mins for £3 is a bargain. Might be shaking on open sea! but is fun!!! Learn some about the harbour, talk to crew and feel the sea breeze. Ahoy!

Super deal that under 5s are free and very cheap for everyone else. Nice cruise out into the sea for 20 minutes with great views of the town and coastline.

We went on a short trip, 20 minutes, good price of £3 per person. As mentioned in another review, there are 2 boats, so did not have to wait long to set off. The boat goes down the river to the sea, past the harbour area and into the open sea. A crew member spoke about the harbour walls, buoys... More

A 20 minute trip for a family of 4 for a total of £12 out to sea off the coast of Whitby is a must. This company is currently operating 2 vessels which means no queuing time kept the the minimum which is helpful when you have 2 kids in tow. As a real plus this operator offers free passage... More

We had a great trip - three and a half hours. We went south to the seal colony and were entertained by lots of inquisitive seals and then went out and north to see if any whales or dolphins had come early but sadly they hadn't however it was a lovely trip.

Try out this new bigger and more spacious boat. Only £3 quid per person under fives go free and a great trip in store for you out of the harbour and into the bay outside, watch seals/ dolphins etc. if you are lucky. Very enjoyable for all ages.
