Dirty and unfriendly, staff were rude and inconciderate not even worth calling in on a rainy day. A real shame the rest of Whitby was great!

Nice venue for the various parts of the steampunk weekend. The theatre is lovely, modern facilities with the old concert hall feel.

There is a lot of seating in the cafe area, at one side you can sit and look out over the sea, cliffs and beach. It was very peaceful. I had a breakfast roll, which had egg, bacon, sausage and hash brown. Very tasty and a sizeable portion. Staff were friendly and helpful, taking time to help an older couple who were not sure what to have.

This venue was used for the Whitby Unleashed comic-con. A fantastic event for all nerdy things, cosplay characters and overall bag of fun. the facilities are good a small cafe and bar but very busy and a bit of a wait. great view across the beach and out to sea particularly cold in November especially with auto doors constantly opening.
